I always wanted to try this diner. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t so good we went on Saturday lunch time, place was empty we were the only 2 people dining there. We ordered mix kabob plate it was so bland that needed a lot of seasoning and the chicken pesto melt was ok but so greasy that i had to wipe it with tissue paper. The decor is pretty nice and retro, and their menu has a huge variety of plates but they should work on the taste and the service should be better like why do we have to wait for the bill for more than 10 min and we are the only ones inside.

The best thing was the atmosphere. The broccoli was more yellow and brown than green. They only served 1 large and 2 small florets. The cod was 3 thin strips. Rather disappointing overall.

Got there at 07:33 am on 10/16/2024 and no one was there. The door even makes a chime when you enter. We waited 5 minutes and left. We saw someone in the kitchen and someone outside, but it’s not our job to go get someone to help us so we left. We ate here once before and the food was good even though we waited a while for our food.

I came in for lunch and ordered a burger (is there anything else you get at a dinner for the first visit?). The staff was extremely nice and made me feel like a regular from my first visit. The atmosphere was pleasant albeit slightly cliche. The food was nice, but not the most memorable. I enjoyed the experience though and would go again.

when me and my coworkers sat down- we were immediately greeted with disrespect from our server. he's a older gentleman with a big nose and big ears.
he immediately told my beloved coworkers that they are not allowed to eat their outside food while inside. although he has sat them previously- and never once said there was an issue about it. my coworkers have been customers with Juke box Manassas for the past few months and never once were disrespected nor disappointed.
since it was my first time joining in on this adventure- i was extremely surprised that someone would say such disrespectful things to people he's never formally met before. i still ordered my food and my coworkers were visibly upset by this interaction and our server went to this coworker and started pointing and loudly saying disrespectful things about us.
furthermore- once i got my 1/4 lb hot dogs, i started to dig in. then i was mid-bite and i saw everyone's worst nightmare... a long silver hair. note: i am a young adult with dark brown curly hair. so there was NO chance that it could've been my hair or my coworkers. since i had gotten it for takeout- there was no chance for me to go back in and ask for a refund. i am truly disappointed with this situation.
please be mindful of this place and its customer service.
