FRAUD -beware. I placed an order over $10 to get their promo of Free Saucy Nuggets, BUT they didn’t give it to me. So, when I tried to cancel the order, they told me that I could not!!! So, I did not pick up the order and at the store they told me to call customer service. WELL - they KEPT THE FOOD AND MY MONEY!!!! This ONLINE offer is a scam. Now my bank will have to take care of my refund!!!

Well ordered a 4 pc meal and was asked a few times when I went to pay what my order was. Got to my destination and realized I got no fries either. I mean how can you forget the fries it’s a staple throughout fast food.Considering how expensive it is compare to other chains you’d think they’d have proper management. I guess not.Let’s see if KFC even reviews this.

We had been craving KFC and unfortunately we ordered at 9:00 PM. We got home and there were four tiny pieces of dried out chicken. We threw it in the trash. Please make sure you’re serving quality food even though it’s late at night, I hear there’s a Popeyes coming across the street for me. I can’t wait.

Never again. The chicken tenders are dry, stale, and over salted. The order was incorrect and once again, they were out of Sweet Lightning, the only reason to go there and they can't get that right now. A few months ago, my Chicken Little was RAW inside. I threw it away.Other KFC locations are good. Why can't the Wellington store ever get it right?

This kfc in the Wellington area is by far the best managed kfc in Manassas! The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and hot.
This is the absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. The prices are raised as compared to other KFCs. On three seperate occasions I've gotten four from here the chicken has been old and dried out. Drinks haven't had sugar in them. Sides have been old and left out, noticeably. The snack wraps are in half tortillas and half of them didn't even have the right ingredients inside. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business.

Placed an order online and my order indicated it was ready on tracking (25 minutes later). Arrived in the restaurant after 15 minutes and told it would be 20 minutes. After waiting 15 more minutes was told it would be 20 more minutes. Asked for a refund and was told I could not get one because I ordered online. No offer to make this right!!!!! Horrible customer service.

It's gotten to the point where it's too expensive to buy fried chicken outanymore. I can't see spending over $50 for a family deal. I like the taste of KFC, but at today's prices, I will not visit KFC any longer. The offering of their eight piece bucket for $10 was at least doable, but now that is gone and for a few weeks it was more expensive at $12. They have priced me right out of spending my money here.
