Great food with new promotional items. Bad thing was, they prioritize drive thru orders more than people who dine inside. Had to wait half an hour for my food that usually is ready in 5 minutes. Staff didn't offer me any apology or drinks for the wait. So dissapointed.

It had one breast, and all the rest tiny little wings and drumsticks with a couple thighs to feed our family. The manager is a cheapskate. FRAUD -beware. I placed an order over $10 to get their promo of Free Saucy Nuggets, BUT they didn’t give it to me. So, when I tried to cancel the order, they told me that I could not!!! So, I did not pick up the order and at the store they told me to call customer service. WELL - they KEPT THE FOOD AND MY MONEY!!!! This ONLINE offer is a scam. Now my bank will have to take care of my refund!!!

Ordered individual items and the associate made a suggestion to help our order getter! My son says she needed a raise! We will definitely.return!!
Well ordered a 4 pc meal and was asked a few times when I went to pay what my order was. Got to my destination and realized I got no fries either. I mean how can you forget the fries it’s a staple throughout fast food.Considering how expensive it is compare to other chains you’d think they’d have proper management. I guess not.Let’s see if KFC even reviews this.

We had been craving KFC and unfortunately we ordered at 9:00 PM. We got home and there were four tiny pieces of dried out chicken. We threw it in the trash. Please make sure you’re serving quality food even though it’s late at night, I hear there’s a Popeyes coming across the street for me. I can’t wait.

Never again. The chicken tenders are dry, stale, and over salted. The order was incorrect and once again, they were out of Sweet Lightning, the only reason to go there and they can't get that right now. A few months ago, my Chicken Little was RAW inside. I threw it away.Other KFC locations are good. Why can't the Wellington store ever get it right?
