After waiting 30 mins from placing my order and get the notification it’s ready to pick up, well it wasn’t. They presented to cook the chicken when I walked up to the counter asking for my order.. now waiting another 15 mins.. not worth it coming to this place. Workers didnt t care and worked at sloth pace.

To Who It May Concern this place is garbage the management sucks, I came in around 3:00 p.m. to get a 12-piece chicken only they ran out of chicken I have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook some more and the chicken I was waiting for the cashier gave it to someone else and they asked me to wait 20 more minutes so they can cook some more of course I was fired up and I just left I will never go back to that place and I will tell all my friends not to go to that raggedy KFC in Manassas

I usually enjoy KFC chicken, but my recent experience at KFC was disappointing. The chicken was dry and the food didn’t taste fresh. My order was not right and when I told the server, he seemed frustrated. Service was very slow. Definitely not quality I remember from KFC.

👎👎We ordered the 6pc deal. The fried chicken was dry and lacked freshness. All four side dishes were inedible, forcing us to discard most of the food, and yet it made us sick. Not a lunch you want to eat on a weekend
This store is much like the Warrenton, VA. The restaurant workers do the same things. Take your orders, and read them back to you. Then, basically, give whatever they want. But charge you menu full price. This action just leads me to not go back to those KFC . Pepisco, these franchises are hurting your business if you care.

I have been buying KFC chicken for years in various cities. I have never seen anything like what this place sells. The coating is so dark it is practically coffee colored. They need a new fryer or a different oil. It's not burnt exactly but it's not KFC either. This was the last 2 times I bought chicken there, so it's not just one overcooked batch. I'll be going down the street to Popeyes for my fried chicken now.
