I ordered online. My order wasn't ready when I arrived and they seemed like they were unaware of the order. When I told them about my order they immediately filled it. Process sucked but service was good.

The chicken is good and my service has always been good when I've went (contrary to other reviews that I see). But one time I was sitting in the drive thru line, heard some squeaking, looked to my left and saw a rat walking through the bushes.

The new nuggets are a big step down, soggy and bland. The fries were also pretty bad. We ordered Mac and cheese but didn't get it. Most of the order was wrong but we didn't have time to go in. All in all, below average. There are much better options nearby.
