I have to disagree with the review left in August.

The minute I walked in...I was greeted with a Huge smile and then I started sharing my experience at the Dunkin Donuts store right across from the Prince William Hospital.

That was a really bad customer service.

The Manager at my liberia Krispy Kreme was so happy i drove from Sudley rd to his Krispy Kreme store not only because their donuts are alwasy fresh, calentitos and delicious. He gave me a Free Dozen for the ER nurses.

The store was unsanitary, and the manager was unprofessional and dismissive. One donut in our order was visibly mushed. When the child who received it noticed the damage, I returned to the store and requested a replacement. The manager refused, stating that the donut was “only broken” and that there was nothing wrong with it, despite having boxed it himself.

This Krispy Kreme location is terrible. We’ve been three times in the past three months around 8 a.m., and the donuts are always dry, poorly risen, and look like they’re from the day before. They’re also somehow always out of the maple iced donut. Unlike other locations, they never hand out free fresh donuts either.
Considering the high prices and the 25-minute drive, this place is not worth it at all. We won’t be coming back—better off buying them at the grocery store or going to Dunkin.

They are always out of the seasonal donuts. They never serve fresh warm glazed donuts, even if the sign is on. The employees are rude. If you ask them to replace the cold stale glazed donuts with fresh ones that are being advertised, they act like you’re ruining their lives. It’s a shame because there are so few Krispy Kreme locations around. Not worth the trip or the wasted money. They could easily do so much better.

Got 2 dozen 1 mix 1 glazed wasn't happy with mix box alot of the charlie brown Christmas ones on display charge extra for colored icing. Plus wasn't fresh very crunchy frosting art work on doughnuts looked like 2 year old did it. An glased not fresh either had fresh batch on belt being made but guy grabbed box on tray. Didn't offer the fresh one's others at counter was told by there counter help I'll get fresh for you.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Krispy Kreme thanks to Hussein.

Yesterday I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through, so I ended up speaking with an outside call center to ask about current donut promotions. Even though the deal I was looking for had already ended, Hussein went above and beyond by reaching out to me on his personal time, even though he was off work, just to make sure my questions were answered.

I told him it wasn’t necessary and that I had already placed my order through the app, but a few minutes later he followed up again with updated information on current promotions, something he truly had no obligation to do. To top it off, he surprised me with a couple of extra donuts and paper hats simply because he wanted to make a customer happy.

As a teacher, I know my students are going to be absolutely thrilled by this small but meaningful gesture. Hussein’s kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer service truly stood out, and it made my day. Experiences like this are why customers keep coming back.

What a horrible experience this evening. I went into the store hoping to enjoy some donuts and hot cocoa after a long day of work. We had to wait before even being able to place an order because two employees were busy accepting free roses from a man—apparently in exchange for a free dozen donuts—and continued chatting while ignoring customers.

After all that frustration, we finally sat down to enjoy our donuts and drinks, only to discover the worst part: the milk being sold was expired. It was curdled and had clearly gone bad. This is not just disappointing, but a serious health concern.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the food safety issue made the experience unacceptable.

They never have anything.
If you want a limited item good luck, they never even have normal items. i come through pregnant and craving and leave disappointed every time.
Be aware. Basics only. you can go to a grocery store

I purchased from the drive-through at the Manassas Virginia location. They are on Liberia Avenue. I ordered two glazed donuts and one chocolate glaze plain doughnut. One glaze was OK was from today. However, the other glaze and the chocolate were at least a day old. The lady conveniently did not give me a receipt so makes me wonder if she went overpriced me because it was over six dollars for three donuts Which seems really high so now I’ve wasted my money on donuts. I can’t eat. I will not be returning to this place ever again, I never had an issue with Krispy Kreme until today. Very disappointing!
