They never have anything. If you want a limited item good luck, they never even have normal items. i come through pregnant and craving and leave disappointed every time. Be aware. Basics only. you can go to a grocery store

I purchased from the drive-through at the Manassas Virginia location. They are on Liberia Avenue. I ordered two glazed donuts and one chocolate glaze plain doughnut. One glaze was OK was from today. However, the other glaze and the chocolate were at least a day old. The lady conveniently did not give me a receipt so makes me wonder if she went overpriced me because it was over six dollars for three donuts Which seems really high so now I’ve wasted my money on donuts. I can’t eat. I will not be returning to this place ever again, I never had an issue with Krispy Kreme until today. Very disappointing!

I go to this Krispy Kreme about 3x’s a week today I wasn’t going to go. So glad I did, I was having a bad day and when I went in there was apparently a new girl there (I have never seen her before) I believe her name was Madison she was so happy and cheerful, she gave me excellent service and turned my day around. Keep up the great work . I definitely will continue to go there especially if I am having a bad day.

Steer clear. You will get dry, stale doughnuts like we did. Do yourself a favor & take the ride out to Alexandria. It is WORTH it! I'll never come here again.
I want to order 5 dozen donuts, but have a few questions, however they don’t answer the phone. I’ve called several times. I hope this isn’t an indication of their service. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

The Krispie and Kreme is back! The donuts are actually hot during Hot n Ready. Nothing better than hot donuts. Note this was at 5PM. The workers at this time is chef kiss.
