I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Krispy Kreme thanks to Hussein.
Yesterday I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through, so I ended up speaking with an outside call center to ask about current donut promotions. Even though the deal I was looking for had already ended, Hussein went above and beyond by reaching out to me on his personal time, even though he was off work, just to make sure my questions were answered.

I go to this Krispy Kreme about 3x’s a week today I wasn’t going to go. So glad I did, I was having a bad day and when I went in there was apparently a new girl there (I have never seen her before) I believe her name was Madison she was so happy and cheerful, she gave me excellent service and turned my day around. Keep up the great work . I definitely will continue to go there especially if I am having a bad day.

The minute I walked in...I was greeted with a Huge smile and then I started sharing my experience at the Dunkin Donuts store right across from the Prince William Hospital.
