This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Worst boba tea joint in Nothern VA. They are ALWAYS out of something (usually boba…like how are you out of the very thing that you’re supposed to sell???…..) and they close whenever they feel like it. They don’t do orders over the phone, and when you call ahead to confirm that they have something in stock to be safe since they ALWAYS are out of something, you receive FALSE information. The high turnover further supports the absolute trash management of this place. Place needs new management or just needs to go out of business. This place is mad ratchet and an utter waste of time.

I’ve been to a few Kung Fu Tea’s and this is not a good location. We ordered online. They didn’t have oat milk and so when I went to go pick up my drink order they had me pick a new drink. They didn’t offer to cover that drink. The other drink I ordered I put 30% sweet and it tastes like a whole bag of sugar. And then I ordered a 3rd drink in person and that drink tasted horrible too.

Horrible place Horrible place guys. I was there in store with my families i ordered. I was paying caah 50 dollar but they not accept. They are saying store policy we can't accept 50 dollar bill so far. That's not right. The store also smell like a pee. I never go back this store. No way

I ordered Taro milk boba twice, and they messed it up both times. It tasted nothing like taro, when they messed up first time, I thought maybe the barista is new and didn’t think much of it, and second time when I asked my sister to bring me a drink from there, it still tasted weird (NOTHING like taro), even tho the barista was different, so disappointed..

They definitely took down my review cause I can’t find it 💀 the last few times I’ve gone they BURNT my brown sugar milk tea. Like flakes of burnt crust floating around and sunk at the bottom was so bad. If you do come here get the juice drinks the milk ones.. risky.

This place stinks (pee smell)! They are aware of the situation. Excuse is "we know and even our neighboring store goes through the same. So we keep doors open sometimes". Not very hygienic and I'm not sure if we ever wants to go back to this store again. 1out of 4 drinks were ok. Hope the management will take care of this pee smell.
I walked in and ordered and they said they were not allowed to sell any coffee products. Later on I asked to use the bathroom and the girl said someone is in there so you can’t use it. It turns out it was her friend and the bubble tea was disgusting.

We ordered online and they ran out of boba. I got the cereal milk curnch and it was absolutely disgusting. Not sweet, and extremely chalky. I asked them to make me another drink after one sip and they said they can’t make another one if I don’t pay for another drink. Waste of $7, it costs you barely $1 to make a new drink and make a customer happy. Very disappointed and will never be coming back. Also they only had Large size available.
