Such a bad experience today and I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Ordered 4 memelitas with no meat literally just crema and queso at 11:13.. currently walking out at 12 PM & never got my food. Big orders were coming out before ours, even people who ordered after us. When we finally asked for an update they said 15 more minutes.. that’s crazy to me. We asked to cancel and the lady in the kitchen started yelling getting mad because she FINALLY put the tortillas on the stove… CRAZIER. then the manager came and just refunded us without even apologizing. Sad cause we walked in craving the memelitas and pan dulce, prob never going back now

My family has been buying cakes from here since my 1st birthday (I am 24 now) and no other bakery has compared to it. I bought a cake for my mother’s birthday per usual and I was actually disappointed and frustrated for the first time. My custom cake was not done correctly and the lady that took my order did not include what I specifically for. I had wanted a glaze all over it plus fruit on top and only got the fruit without the glaze. The workers that attempted to sort out the situation but they did not offer much of solution aside from paying an additional $10 for glaze only on the border, not the entire cake. Since there wasnt much they could have done, I just decided to leave with the cake as it was because it was not worth the frustration. I also found a moldy blackberry on the cake to top it off. Paid $108 up front for a cake that didnt get the glaze I wanted. My family has complained about the prices but we have continued coming here because the cakes are great, but after this I am not sure if it is worth it anymore.

Another bad experience in this restaurant, bad attitude from the cashier, her name is Ashley. If you don't want to work and serve people so they can work, it's better to stay at home.

I really like this place. If you take the time to read some of my other reviews…you’ll see I’m picky and critical. La Flor de Puebla is clean, well organized, and friendly. They make top quality sweet breads and sandwich rolls…pro-tip: if you are having a “hoagie sandwich night” for dinner, or steak and cheese subs, you need to get their “bolillos” which are their sandwich breads behind the counter. They’re awesome!

Delicious food! With 100% Mexican flavor. The best tamales with rajas, green sauce and red sauce. All the food is delicious! And apart from all that desserts, and sweet Mexican bread, 3 leches cake. We love coming here ❤️Delicious Food! 100% Authentic Mexican Food ?Don't forget to try their delicious tamales. They have green and red sauce with chicken. And cheese with jalapeño (rajas), they are truly delicious! After that, don't forget to stop at their bakery and get homemade Mexican bread! Try their 3 leches cake! Someone needs to take control. First off needs new bakers obviously the flower is a very cheap product you buy it in the afternoon next morning is hard as rock big NO NO. Employees look like they have been working all night to morning and the food is horrible they really need to pay attention to quality and food safety measures, I am surprised the county has not stopped by and shut it down due to sanitation neglect and also employee neglect. Horrible owners and their systems
