I was in the store today and ordered a mangonada but I asked for extra coconut ice cream. It didn't matter if they charged me more, but the person who served me went to ask someone in the kitchen and came out and told me he couldn't sell it to me. So because I didn't know that the ice cream had milk in it. I understand that it doesn't taste good to them but I was the one who was going to eat it and I was paying so I don't understand how difficult it was to put coconut ice cream on it. I love it that way and before they had sold it to me that way. Bad customer service who is paying for their products. In addition to everything, he told me that it would be better if he gave me a refund. He preferred not to sell anything.

So many different and unique flavors of homemade ice cream. El Penguino is my favorite. Great price. I haven't tried any of the snacks but they look delicious. I recommend to all my friends.

Bad service, me and my family spent $70 and a drink was not good, we asked them not to change it after trying it and they didn't want to. No wonder they don't have customers ? we're the only ones who had them in one hour on a Sunday ✌?

Order a Mangonada basically was just icecream with mango, I had to wait for it to melt so I can drink it and the fresada was the same thing. They they don't blend anything.

I've been by this place many times and finally stopped thanks to the Yelp reviews. It was confusing because the main menu screen was not working. The ice cream looks great and there are many toppings. We chose pistachio and strawberry/kiwi paletas. They are loaded with flavor bits.
I believe, they have the best ice cream. I just love the variety,

The ice cream is definitely tasty and there is a wide variety of other desserts to choose from. The store also has a very nice appearance.However it is very hard and confusing to order, especially if you don't speak/understand Spanish as some of the employees seem to be unable to speak/understand English.In addition the ice cream flavors aren't labelled well, the flavors menu (which isn't on the wall, its a paper employees give to you once you walk up) is not consistent with the ice cream flavors you actually see. Labelling definitely needs to be improved in order to improve customer experience.

I love this little family owned ice cream place! They are so friendly and helpful. I try a new dessert each time I go. They have very unique flavors for ice cream and the popsicles. Also the beverages and sundaes are out of this world! Try it out!! Highly recommend!!
