This place was authentic and genuine as it gets. Made fresh to order so plz don’t mind the lil wait as others mentioned on some of the reviews. I rather wait for freshly made food than get fast food. People were super friendly as well. Will definitely come back! EXCELLENT.

Great food, service, and prices! The food is prepared freshly! We ate there and took some to go! They have the freshest ghost pepper sauce if requested but please don’t try if you don’t like HEAT! Thanks for a great dinner! We will be back soon!!!

First time trying Ghanaian food? And it was quite good 👍
I enjoyed the jollof rice, but it was a bit monotonous after a bit. The fried chicken definitely helped.
The fufu was quite interesting to eat, as figuring out the optimal hand method was quite fun. And the palm soup was alright, nothing too good nor bad.
The star was definitely the fish, it tasted flavourful and we couldn't stop eating it.
My only compliant is the loooonnnnngggg waiting time for food. Place your orders 1 or 2 hrs ahead as despite us being only 3 people, it took us around 1 hour to get the food. Also, it wasn't spicy enough. The chili sauce, jollof rice, and fish weren't spicy enough to make me want to keep on eating. It was just there.
Overall, a good introduction to Ghanaian food?

Went in with my wife, I had the pounded yam (fufu) with the spinach and beef. I was so excited to try the tiktok popular fufu, and Lapaz did not disappoint. The food was excellent and gave reminiscent flavors of my mother’s cooking. Ralph even taught me how to eat it the traditional way. My wife had jollof with beef and fish. It was also excellent. Best Tilapia I’ve tried in years. Overall, it felt like I was part of their family with how welcoming and nice these folks were, experiencing true West African cuisine in a family friend’s dining room table. Ralph and his father are very helpful and kind. I will be back to try more food. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Food was very good and server made sure what kind of fufu we wanted as we had seen on a video online. He checked in to see how we liked it and was very nice. He also gave us solo cups for a drink that we had purchased from the vending machine at the front.

The food was very tasty but ordered some goat a jollof and when I open the box it was only 3 small pieces of goat I think yall should serve better portions for the price don’t be stingy with the meat trying make a million bucks by stretching it

My friend and I went here for lunch and it was our first time here, we honestly couldn’t stop talking about how good it was!!! Ralph is super kind and helpful as well by telling us what paired best with which. I got the Okra Stew with Eba and my friend got the Spinach Stew with fufu and a 10/10 from the both of us! We enjoyed how much of a great first experience this was for the both of us and how kind the staff were. The portions are also very decent sized as well for the price and quality of food it’s so worth it. I posted a picture on my social media and recommended it to everyone who asked about it! My friend and I can’t wait to come back and try their other options, thank you Lapaz!!!!
I ordered via Uber eats. The food was awesome! Very tasty! The portion size was great!
Delivery and prep time took....a loooong time.. but the resulting food was amazing! It was our first time trying Ghana based cuisine, and we walked away satiated and absolutely impressed by the flavors and experience. Of now was the goat, beef, spinach, and peanut soup. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a new cuisine.
went in here for the first time because i was craving fufu & this place was only 5 mins from my nursing school! it tastes just like how my dad used to make it for me, i didn't get the nice man's name who took me & my classmates order but he was so sweet and had great hospitality! i will be coming back! put Ghana on the mapppp!👏🏾
