Placed a delivery order, half showed up, I called the driver and he blamed the restaurant, we called the restaurant the cashier blamed the driver, her answer "you have come And pick it up" well I said if I have to pick it up you have to return the delivery fee!, quick and stupid answers "we don't DO refunds and we don't do deliveries, since is the driver's fault BECAUSE they COME and grab the orders WE Don't CHECK WHAT THEY TAKE" , no apologies, her answers were so quick that it looks like this was a game for her, they are so used to this, thanks for showing the lak of customer services and how little they care for customers, because simply THEY DON'T CARE, THEY SHOULD TURN OFF THE DELIVERY SERVICE, INSTEAD OF SCAMING CUSTOMER BY CHARGING DELIVERY FEES AND FORCING THEM TO PICK UP THE REST OF THE ORDERS.

They closed at 9pm on Christmas eve. The note posted at the door clearly says 10pm. The guys who were closing pointed me to that note that clearly states 10pm not 9pm and were confused themselves about the hours. They also said that their boss told them to close at 9pm. Poor service.

Received the wrong pizza and tried to call to let them know. Had to repeat myself to two different individuals for a total of four times on what my issue was. I was then told that "I know we gave you the right pizza because I was the one that did the order." No resolution was offered, only being told I was wrong and my pizza was correct multiple times.I've added pictures to show the manager that despite her rude insistence, this is indeed not what I ordered. As you can see, I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, and as you can also see, the pizza is a standard crust pizza. Mistakes happen, I get it, but to be told that I'm wrong multiple times (when I'm clearly not), what kind of customer service is that?

stuffed crust was Perfect for my diet cheat day with the mountain dew. The first soda was flat but the gentlemen took all of them out and gave me a new soda while refreshing the others. always great service and fresh made food.

As a vegan I loved that I could eat regular crust no cheese pizzas from here. Only veggies. I would only get 4 toppings. Now you know how they charge for every topping. Well the manager would always only charge me for 3 since I wouldn't get cheese they would swap one of my toppings with the cheese. One day I wanted my usual. I always brought enough money for what they would charge me. When I checked the receipt they had charged me the extra topping. I asked the same manager why he did that he when he never did it before. He answered "do you have the receipt from your last order?" I told him no, who keeps their receipts from months ago? So we got into an argument and I told him i would necer get pizza from this location again. Costumer service here us the worst. As much as I love their pizza I never again ate from this location. I only eat Little Cesar when I go to Waldorf now, way better service.
