Yesterday, December 23, 2024, I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I called in advance to make a reservation because I wanted something special for my daughter and they had a comfortable place for me and the truth is the worst service I have ever received. I even felt less appreciated for being Hispanic. The waitress served us drinks and food and never came back to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. We were 8 people. We ordered some appetizers and then the main course and that waitress didn't even come to pick up a single plate. We had a volcano of dirty dishes. The truth is that the day I wanted to be special for my daughter was the worst. I have visited Loggan de Manassas many times and they have treated me well but yesterday was super horrible. I feel outraged.

I love Logan's Roadhouse. The country fried steak was nicer than Bob Evans. However, one of the men's restroom stalls was falling apart since it looked like the stall was pried with either a crowbar, machete, or switchblade knife. I told the manager about that and the server was nice.

Well look what I found, another gem! Logan’s Roadhouse is centered on a pond on the end of Bull Road Plaza. The food is great, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent! Parking is sufficient but entrance is around the “back” of the restaurant. You will enjoy yourself and your meal! Please come through and show this popular restaurant some Virginia LOVE!
Vegetarian options: Didn’t pay too much attention to the vegetarian option but they do have a selection.
Dietary restrictions: Tell your waiter what the allergy is and they will help you with identifying what meals to avoid.
Parking: There is parking!
Kid-friendliness: Of course there are kid friendly meals! Good selection for the pickiest eater.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get in, there is a ramp for wheelchair and walkers to get in and out.
Logan’s Roadhouse is basically a smaller equivalent of a Texas Roadhouse, their bread isn’t as sweet, but the quality of steak is on par. Didn’t need steak sauce because it was adequately seasoned. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a decent steak.

The service is RIDICULOUS The table next to us got up and left after waiting on drinks for 20 to 30 minutes that never came so they left, we were done eating and waited the same amount of time to pay probably going to Texas road house next time

Elle, our waitress was everything! Paid extra attention to detail. Served with a smile. And the food was delicious! 8oz steak trio was amazing. Mashed potatoes too! Clean country like atmosphere was the icing on the cake. Great job Logan's!

My waitress, Kira, was very attentive, polite, and kind. The food was great; broccoli seemed fresh, the sweet potatoe was U.S. No.1 and the steak cooked to a perfect med-rare. My utincils were rush cleaned (hard water stains and calcium build up where the bolster would be (where the blade meets handle). The restaurant overall was very clean; the bathroom needs cosmetic work as the counter is rotting from water damage, and the wall trim has been ripped away and repaired DIY.
Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple entrances and emergency exits that are wheelchair accessible.
My only complaint is for curbside. When you text to check in, they rarely come out. I almost always have to call

I remember when this was an exciting restaurant to visit. It feels like they are aiming to compete for the early dinner crowd with Golden Corral. Burger meat was WELL smaller than the bun and cold. Fries were soggy. Server was polite and prompt, but had a huge hole in his shirt. On the way out, hostess was watching YouTube on the phone with a staff member. Honestly, we won't go back again.

I love to go to Logan every other weekend to eat me a 8oz sirloin and potatoes skins. Always hott rolls and a great time.

Horrible experience followed up with even worse customer service. We ordered takeout that had hair in it, they forgot to include three items, and the gravy container had a hole in it, causing gravy to spill all over my car. I called to speak with a manager, but they said I needed to call back the next day and speak with the general manager, Keith. So, I called back but Keith had gone home for the day (it was 4:20 pm). I left a message for Keith, and he never had the courtesy to return my call.
