Ordered for the first time and wanted to love, but found black hair in the food. As far as flavor, the Pepperoni Magnifico crust wasn’t good however the sausage with regular crust was okay. Unfortunately wouldn’t order again.

Waited an hour with my 6 year old for a pizza that never came and had to cancel. Manager Jeff yelled at customers from behind the oven to just cancel and leave review when they asked for an update on their order. Multiple people were there for over an hour while others came in and picked up right away. Never a consideration for oh you've been here a long time let me get that in. I feel really bad for the rest of the staff because they are nice but Jeff should not be a manager there.

Marcos pizza is superb. My household loves NY pizza & Marcos is the closest thing to tasting as good as NY pizza. The staff has always been fast & extremely nice.

Came to do a doordash, got yelled at for not having a pizza bag, anger is no place for a business, ridiculous. I was very content with leaving. He kept yelling as I'm leaving respectfully.
As I SLOWLY open the door he yells at me to not hit his coworker with the door.
Whatever manger yelled at me, get a therapist.
I am also a lot younger, he should know better.
To anyone reading this that is a customer, please avoid that place if you do not do well with aggression!

Pizza is usually good, but the wait is ridiculous. I understand Friday nights are busy, but either staff appropriately or give realistic wait times. My online order should not say ready in 20-28 minutes and then it actually takes over an hour. If it is going to be an hour because you are backed up, just say so up front. This has happened the last three weeks, so not an isolated incident. And after talking to the manger he is rude and dismissive. Take your business elsewhere.

The big bald head manger is extremely, selectively unprofessional. I've watched him cause irrelevant issues with some and become polite to others. You never know when it's that time of the month for this guy. Just avoid him and get someone else to help.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marco’s Pizza. I placed an order for a surprise birthday party, but when I got home, I realized they had made everything thin crust, which wasn’t what I ordered at all. I called the store, and they told me to bring the incorrect order back, and they would make me a new one.
When I arrived at the store, I was told to take my original incorrect order back home, and they gave me the “new” order. Which I found really strange they asked me to bring the original order back, and they didn’t even look at it, then asked me to take it home, no I don’t want it why would I take it home? However, when I was halfway home with this new order, I realized they made the same mistake again—everything was still thin crust. At this point, I had to drive back to the store for a second time.
After explaining the situation again, I was given a partial credit of $12 on my account, versus the $13.50 I paid for it, and all I received in return was a “sorry, it’s one of those nights” from the manager. This whole ordeal took far longer than it should have,l, almost an hour and half past the time my original order was supposed to be complete, and it completely ruined our surprise party. I will not be coming back to Marco’s Pizza after this experience.
