My husband and I had come here a few days earlier, and to be honest, we expected better service. We did not take any drinks, but later we were not offered water, despite the fact that the glasses were empty. The waiter came to us only to give us the bill.
The interior itself is quite original, but what spoiled the atmosphere during our visit was the constant noise of a vacuum cleaner somewhere in the back, and one of the employees at the next table was sorting cutlery very loudly, throwing it to the right places. In addition, the staff was discussing their personal lives very loudly behind our backs, I don't think visitors need to hear all this. I wanted to go home or go outside to avoid this noise. It was not relaxing at all.
As for the food, I don't understand why they gave us extra jalapenos with tomatoes if we didn't order them. But because of all the noise, we didn't pay attention to it right away. (Unfortunately, I can't eat this pepper and it was an unpleasant surprise in the dish for me).

Mariachi's is without a doubt a Staple of Old Town Manassas! Fantastic Atmosphere, Diverse Food Choices (All Very Tasty), Excellent Cocktail Selection, and a Great Place to convene with friends 🧡 The owner Antonio has established a warm, friendly place that is welcoming to all. My favorite dish is anything with Birria included, makes me happy just thinking about it 😋 I highly recommend, if you haven't visited yet I suggest you jump on that RIGHT AWAY! 👏

Love this place the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Denise is such a bright spot to see when you walk in she is always smiling full of energy and always has great recommendations.

This review only pertains to the one rude and uninviting blond bartender we encountered that night. First Friday event every month is crowded and we tried to get in last month with everyone cutting, the lack of control of seating was impossible so we went elsewhere to eat. Come this months event we were walking pretty early on with drinks looking for place to do dinner and wife saw we could try again. We asked a waitress at the door if we could grab an open front table. As we were setting in the bartender yelled that we had to leave because there were no "outside drinks allowed". I told her that we were planning on eating dinner, she said "I don't care, you have to leave". So we left with choice words to her, our drinks and had 4 entrees and 8 more drinks elsewhere never to go back again. Can't speak for the food or anyone else that works there...but for one bartender we will not return.

If I could give them over five stars I would! We travel a lot of business, and this place is one of everyone's favorites. Jose is one of the best servers I've ever had, from anywhere! He's friendly, accommodating, conversational, and attentive. The bar makes amazing drinks and the food is AMAZING, everyone is happy with their dishes every time. I can't speak enough good about this place.

Awesome place! Their taco salad was excellent. Fun atmosphere inside and outside on the patio as well.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options and easy to make things vegan, just ask for no cheese or sour cream when ordering a veggie item (veggie burrito, veggie tacos, veggie taco bowl, etc.)

So I enjoy coming here because of the environment, food and good drinks. Bartenders like Ever, Kathleen and Denise always makes things welcoming and a good time. Definitely recommend this place for good food and quality on your drinks.
