The food is great but I would not go back because soap dispenser in women's bathroom empty & off the dispenser attachment. I informed them and guy went into to check then came right out. So he never filled the dispenser! That means if customers can't wash their hands, employees aren't washing their hands nor kitchen are washing their hands. Because even if kitchen has their own sink? Their employees don't do their business & have to wash their hands? I love their food but won't be coming back because that's just gross. Wish I took a photo!

Was sick and all I wanted was some pho. Broth is full of grease and is not good, the jalapeño slices were flaccid and not anything close to fresh. I couldn’t eat the chicken that came with the soup because it tasted like week old leftovers. I gave the meat to my dogs and dumped the rest in the trash. This was a huge waste.

I placed an order by phone for 2 items. The guy said 20 minutes. I arrived and waited 30 minutes and still not ready! The clerk said banh beo takes 20 minutes to make. It's almost an hour and it's still not ready! The slowest and worst service. I see people waiting forever to get their foods as well. What a terrible service! This is my first order st this place and I don't recommend this place. Service is super slow! I highly recommend the one in Centreville! Stay away from this place. It's an hour and 10 minutes and am still not getting g my fooods.

Probs should have gotten a bahn mi. Pho is slightly more anisey than other joint down street. Pho meat rainbowey and beef charred. After meal pay at counter. Got there after the Lunch specials until 2pm that include rolls and a drink.

Got the roasted pork banh mi. It was very flavorful, fresh and incredibly appealing to look at but half if not more of the pork was pure fat. I like some fat but I felt underwhelmed by actual protein content otherwise. The restaurant itself looked very clean which is always a green flag. May come back to try other dishes.

Just picked up some Pho today and am very happy and appreciative. All workers at the location are extremely helpful and pleasant. The Pho was out of this world great value for the money and the quality is exceptional. 100 stars to you all thank you will be back very soon.
