My wife and I stopped at this location to grab a meal, and we were very pleased with Jonathan D.'s service. He was very enthusiastic, attentive and overall provided a high-quality customer service. We've been to various Mc'Donalds locations in Virginia, and we never seen such Quality of service. We really loved the service. We hope we get to see him in our next visit!

Slowest McDonald's in the area. Im in the drive thru they tried to give me the wrong order twice then had me wait 10 mins in the 3rd window. They need to hire people that speak and understand English.

I tried to not hold back ont his place but it is the worst. 15 min for nuggets. 10 min for fries. They close doors at 12am but say they are 24/7. They aren't even taking drive thru orders.

I stopped by to grab the Tiny Tan happy meal as soon as they were available. Ordering on the app was no issue, and team was friendly handing my meal… but when I opened everything, I saw two Super Mario Kart toys. I went in and the member was as confused as me. When he went to go ask the manager, she said they want to sell out all the other toys before selling this… what the heck? What’s the point of asking us which toy we want? Why have the toys advertised all across the place if you’re refusing to sell them? Manager was cold. Did no make eye contact and refused to say anything else.
