This McDonald’s needs to be shut down and/or the current employees need to be let go. Either are under the influence or cannot comprehend very well. Whether you are ordering in person inside, through the drive thru, using the app, OR ordering on DoorDash/ubereats they cannot and will not get your order right. My family and I live in the area on more than TWO occasions this location has forgotten a whole order or gave the wrong order. My brother order a Big breakfast and only got an egg and biscuit, my mother ordered through the app on a Saturday night when it was slow; and they never made her order. The girl at the window with the blue hair and glasses had no idea how to resolve the issue!!! This time we ordered DoorDash not realizing that it was this location and lo and behold our whole order is wrong. We tried to call twice and got no answer. Please close down and rehire a team that is equipped OR shut it down completely because these people cannot do their job. So many horrible experiences please STAY AWAY, don’t waste your time, energy, money, and emotions.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and two hash browns. The hash browns were overcooked and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was some kind of pancake sandwich. It was terrible. This was the first time this location screwed up my order so I’ll give them a pass this time.

Went through the drive thru here and half our order was wrong and we didn’t get any of the sauce we requested (I don’t know why this happens at every McDonald’s - dry nuggets are disgusting so it ruins the meal). We were on a time crunch so we didn’t have time to go back and get it corrected. I sent a message online via their corporate site and got no response, so clearly they don’t care.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the way McDonald's treats their customers. As a frequent customers, I have witnessed firsthand the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the staff towards customers.- Ignored or belittled by staff when attempting to collect orders- Made to wait excessively long periods for orders to be prepared- Subjected to rude and unprofessional language- Disregarded when attempting to address issues or concernsAs a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from the staff, and it's disheartening to see customers being treated poorly.McDonald's should take immediate action to address this issue, including:- Training staff to treat drivers with respect and courtesy- Implementing efficient order preparation and pickup processes- Holding staff accountable for their behavior towards customers.
