This location never gets your order right, I said I only wanted lettuce and mayonnaise. They added lettuce and mayonnaise on top of everything. Now I have to throw it away. If you don’t want to waste your money go to another place because they can’t take orders correctly.

They are all rude, when you ask for ketchup they give you one and it's almost like begging for it. And you better check your order before leaving the place because they miss product or give other people orders!!!
I prefer going to other locations

This McDonalds places WAAAY too much priority on Door Dash and Drive thru at the expense of their lobby customers. I've sat and watched 9 cars go through drive through and 2 door dash orders go out the door while I sit in the lobby. Pay Attention to the lobby!

This happens almost every time so I decided to complain about it this time. I asked them to put Mac sauce on my Quarter Pounder and for some reason it must offend the cooks or the cashier I don't know who but they proceeded to burn my bun, burn my patties, and burn my fries but I guess what can I expect it's a McDonald's with minimum wage working employees who probably don't care enough to treat their customers well. Go somewhere else it's not worth it.

Staff are always really nice, but they cannot consistently get orders right. Today I was missing a significant part of my order. I plan to avoid this location in the future.

Not sure what happened here, it used to be when this McDonald’s made a mistake and you had to come back for them to get you the correct food, they would throw in an extra fries or a pie or something and apologize for the mistake. Instead, today, they handed me a bag with the correct food and didn’t say anything, no apology or extra item to make up for their mistake. I left and went back to my car to leave, but decided that was not good enough customer service, and went back in to demand a refund, the manager threw away my receipt and couldn’t find my order so she refunded me for the single item I came back for, and instead of causing a scene I decided that was enough, and that a negative review may be more impactful. This was a negative experience for a McDonalds that used to be more reliable, I can only hope they improve their customer service.

Cashiers are usually nice and accommodating, but they are sometimes slow. The place is clean and not always crowded for anyone who wants to dine in. However, their drive-thru is often busy so expect some wait time.

I have repeatedly received meals with cold food and under-portioned fries, sometimes receiving less than half the expected quantity. Despite reporting this to management, the problem persists. Therefore, I prefer to patronize the Liberia location for superior food quality and service.
