Not sure what happened here, it used to be when this McDonald’s made a mistake and you had to come back for them to get you the correct food, they would throw in an extra fries or a pie or something and apologize for the mistake. Instead, today, they handed me a bag with the correct food and didn’t say anything, no apology or extra item to make up for their mistake. I left and went back to my car to leave, but decided that was not good enough customer service, and went back in to demand a refund, the manager threw away my receipt and couldn’t find my order so she refunded me for the single item I came back for, and instead of causing a scene I decided that was enough, and that a negative review may be more impactful. This was a negative experience for a McDonalds that used to be more reliable, I can only hope they improve their customer service.

Cashiers are usually nice and accommodating, but they are sometimes slow. The place is clean and not always crowded for anyone who wants to dine in. However, their drive-thru is often busy so expect some wait time.

I have repeatedly received meals with cold food and under-portioned fries, sometimes receiving less than half the expected quantity. Despite reporting this to management, the problem persists. Therefore, I prefer to patronize the Liberia location for superior food quality and service.

I have been to this particular McDonald's on occasion, and it's unacceptable how poorly they manage the staff. It's an absolute shame how they consistently fail to provide quality service.
The service at this location is downright terrible. This McDonald's has declined over the time that I have been coming here. On top of that, my orders are routinely incorrect, and the wait times are completely unreasonable. The staff often ignores customers, makes customers wait for long periods of time, no one is ever at the front counter, the kiosks are always out of paper (when they are operational), the lobby and bathroom floors are usually dirty and smells, probably from someone using an old, dirty mop over and over again. Lastly, they have a speaker outside the front door that plays loud music that is irritating to enter a restaurant.
Overall, they need to bring in new management to revitalize this location. The service along with the day-to-day operations, and the way they treat their customers all need to be updated.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down and/or the current employees need to be let go. Either are under the influence or cannot comprehend very well. Whether you are ordering in person inside, through the drive thru, using the app, OR ordering on DoorDash/ubereats they cannot and will not get your order right. My family and I live in the area on more than TWO occasions this location has forgotten a whole order or gave the wrong order. My brother order a Big breakfast and only got an egg and biscuit, my mother ordered through the app on a Saturday night when it was slow; and they never made her order. The girl at the window with the blue hair and glasses had no idea how to resolve the issue!!! This time we ordered DoorDash not realizing that it was this location and lo and behold our whole order is wrong. We tried to call twice and got no answer. Please close down and rehire a team that is equipped OR shut it down completely because these people cannot do their job. So many horrible experiences please STAY AWAY, don’t waste your time, energy, money, and emotions.
3 quarter pounder meals, none of the burgers were cooked all the way, buns were stale. This particular McDonald’s always disappoints.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and two hash browns. The hash browns were overcooked and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was some kind of pancake sandwich. It was terrible. This was the first time this location screwed up my order so I’ll give them a pass this time.
