She is always moving fast and gives all orders accurately and she keeps her smile and positive attitude consistently. Camahni is an excellent asset to this Mcdonal on Liberia ave in Manassas. The girl at the counter wrongly accused us of already taking our order, even though we had been standing right in front of her for about 20 minutes. It’s unbelievable she’d assume something like that. She ie even arguing about that. Who would even lie about a McDonald’s order? It’s not like it’s worth that much.

Went for breakfast service today 08/14/25 at 10:15. There was a line and yes they were busy. I got assisted and paid at 10:19. I ordered 2 sandwiches: a steak, egg and cheese bagel, a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, and an iced coffee with sugar, cream and caramel. I got up to the window and the guy asked if I was Elaine to which I said no. Something should have told me they were going to get my order wrong but I shrugged it off. He said Monique? (With a big question mark like oh gosh im getting people mixed up. He took Elaine's receipt and put it on the side)I said yes. Paid for my items got a receipt #1324 (always get a receipt). The polite young lady who is there almost every time im there gave me the coffee. Next she folded the bag and handed it to me. Great customer service every time I interact with her. I open the bag and see napkins and 2 sandwiches. I get home all ready to eat the bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It's been a long time since I've had bacon. Boy was I disappointed. I unwrap the sandwich to find no bacon. Usually it's hanging out so you have an extra treat before you bite in. No Bacon! Just a egg and cheese bagel. McDonald's actually has very tasty bacon so I was very much disappointed. See pictures. Will I return yes but today they get a 2 star today.

When ordering a LARGE fry I didn’t think I would be served a medium ?. ☝️?
They never read the order properly. Every single time , I ordered through app. It was a hot caramel mocha. They always make Iced caramel Mocha. If anyone orders Iced it gonna say iced, if not then just Caramel mocha. How hard it is to understand?

My mothers name is mona we were placing an order through the app when the lady called out the name the manager started laughing my mom confronted her soon later we came back just to see her laughing behind the glass red as a tomato she was very judgmental to my mom about the situation and no one did not wanna help us with this keep in mind the manager was disrespecting the customer this is very unacceptable and i definitely don't recommend. This happened Sunday December 10 at 1:37pm
