Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Over the last year they have failed to refund my online order 2 times totalling almost 59.00 they consistently get my order either wrong or messed up in one or more ways and most of the staff does not give a crap at all. Do yourself a huge favor and go to the McDonald's on balls Ford Rd. They actually care and do everything they can to make your experience a great one. This McDonald's on sudley Rd is absolutely trash and needs to be investigated or even shut down!!!

The McDonald’s is about three minutes away from my house, so this is the McDonald’s I always go to suddenly they have been charging extra for sauce even though you buy food for an entire family and they don’t let you know today is the last time I will be attending this McDonald’s because they gave me medium rare meat and fast food places they always cook it well done so I’m very disappointed

I never go to McDonalds but I came just this once for a collaboration they were doing with Genshin Impact. I went with my partner, and we ordered online. Although part of our order was not ready, we agreed to take half of the order and eat it patiently while waiting for the rest of our order. However, when the other order came out, it was not as advertised. It was supposed to come with themed box that was being advertised on screens around the store. We politely asked if they had the box and one of the workers went to check and then never came back. We went to the front to check in and were eventually met by Manager Sonia. I have seen several reviews complaining about this woman and this review is no different. She was immediately hostile and began acting as if we were unreasonable to be asking about just a “simple box.” We had approached the situation very politely but her hostile nature threw us off. She insulted us for asking for refund when we had eaten some of the food already, but this is because we were waiting for the other half of our order which had the advertised box we cared most about. I understand it’s just McDonald’s and not a big deal at the end of the day, but this manager needs to be fired based on how many bad experiences people seem to be having with her. I also want to add that I was willing to compromise at one point by just getting a refund for the box and food included, but she immediately made a snarky remark to my partner who was the main person speaking to her about how he should be nicer and it’s not a big deal. So even when someone tries to make things easier for her, she clearly just thrives in insulting others and has no desire to make life easier for anyone!

The service here has gotten worse after the recent renovations. I had to wait for the entirety of my lunch break to get my food and only had a few minutes to eat it before heading back to work. And they recently removed the self-serve drink station.

Store Manager Lady Mrs Sonia was very rude After we conplained that one of our Burgers was cold/old. Instead of offering help she started yelling at my husband and me and refused to exchange the burger. We used to come here daily now we go to the bulls mc Donald's wich has way better service. She shouldn’t be working in costumer service.

I ordered my food got my receipt then Notice five other people get their food before me.But I ordered my food way before them I saw my number Hanging so they Clearly can see what I order 15 mins go by my wife ask the Manager, what is going on?She said they lost my ticket, but I can clearly see my ticket hanging The manager also was kind of rude 2 weeks later I go to the Drive thu I had to repeat myself 5 times I only order 2 Meals Service has gone downhill at this location
