After waiting in line for 30 minutes I still had to go in and ask for straws and ketchup because they only have them in the back after I told them in the drive Thursday that I wanted ketchup and said don't for get the ketchup.. I would avoid it all of this if they had cashiers in front , I don't have time to figure out how to work the machines menu.. I won't be coming back.It's not worth it, the food's so expensive for small bites and the customer service sucks

This place is HORRIBLE. My Spite was washed out and the fries were extra salty. I ordered 3 Mc chickens and wanted all not spicy. I ended up being able to customize the rewards one to not spicy. The service sucked. The woman dropped my food and called it out. She ignored me and took the next customer. I'm not exaggerating it is HORRIBLE. This is a complete waste of money. Probably will never go back again. I don't recommend.
P.S. After a few hours now I feel sick.

While everyone can understand and appreciate you being closed on Christmas, you put no signs up anywhere indicating this. Not on the doors, not on the drive thru windows. Not on your speakers. You are the only McDonald's in the area that did close today and had closed early the night before. I'm sitting outside right now in a parking place and watching person after person try to go inside or to the drive thru speakers that are on by the way and they sit their confused til they get angry and leave. No cones were put out in the drive thru lanes which would be another way to let them know. Everyone took off about 9 or 10 pm Christmas Eve and split so fast that doing this correctly to let customers know what you were doing was never thought about. Completely unprofessional.

After waiting in the drive through spot for > 10 minutes, I hopped out to ask the lady if our food was coming since it had been so long. She immediately gave me attitude and was very rude, I won’t get into it other than that.

After I had gotten my toddler out of the car seat, the lady returned with food. It wasn’t our food.

Anyways, the manager gave us our food after I had to walk in, literally with none of the sauces we asked for, and just said “thanks for telling me about her” and perhaps a sorry?

Had to go back in after checking the order, since again the sauce was missing. First they wanted me to pay for sauce (despite me literally ordering that quantity).

Eventually got home and the food tasted old, it was cold too. I had assumed they gave us a fresh order but it tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour.

First and last time eating at this location.

It's McDonald's. The food what's hot and typical McDonald's. I don't think I've really ever had a bad meal.

Every time I come to this McDonald's no matter what time it is, there seems to always be a communication issue at the speaker box. I don't know what it is, but compated to the other McDonald's around the area this one always and I mean ALWAYS falls short. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes fresh sometimes old grease. I feel like the staff needs to be trained a little on the English or at least try to get someone running the speaker box be able to understand basic English. Instead of trying to look cute at the window.

The drive thru was pretty much dead yet they still managed to screw up our order. They omitted half our order. This restaurant constantly screws up my order. Very incompetent employees.

Yesterday around 5:30 I bought combo #1 and #4 with a frappé that my daughter wanted, but the soda had a nearly decomposed fly in it and I almost swallowed it, I vomited everything I had eaten. And I ended up with a severe stomach ache and a sore throat from vomiting so much. Who's going to take responsibility for this? Because apparently, despite so many complaints about this McDonald's, nobody gets even an apology 😠

Literally the worst McDonald’s I been to. If you ask for a little extra ketchup they charge you. I had a Hispanic friend walk in and test it and when she asked for extra sauce they gave it to her with no extra charge!! But charge me when I want sauce. I also ordered a mini Oreo McFlurry today and they put no Oreos in it then tried to charge me for extra. I asked for one more scoop or a refund and they gave me a refund instead of just adding 1 scoop of Oreos. Such poor customer service I don’t recommend going here

Man, I got a small iced pumpkin coffee it was soooooo good. I was spending $8+ on coffee at other places, literally spent $2 here for a freaking amazing coffee. Idk who made it but they need a bonus SO GOOD 🤣

These people keep saying how their ice cream machine is always broken. It’s not that hard to call a professional to come in and fix it. And what’s funny is that they’ve been saying it’s down for almost 2 years now.
