4/11/2024Today around 7pm I picked up dinner for my family. While ordering in the drive-thru I had to repeat myself several times due to cashiers unable to hear me or understand me. Frustrated, I drove around to a young man who just proceeded to stare at me while I was asking if he could take my order. I asked if he could understand me bc he just stood there in a daze & silent. After placing my order, a young Hispanic girl w/ braces hands me my food and continues to laugh in my face. I asked what was so funny & she continuously laughed in face. I choose this location over the one closest to me due to the service normally being good, but they need new managers and new employees.Rude & Horrible service today Sudley Rd!

I have visited this place many times over the years. I grew up with McDonald's over my more than 50 years !!! Thankful McDonald's is still around. Last two visits Sonia, one of the very nice managers, has helped make my visit very pleasant. Great leadership Sonia ! Thank you !

Either their workers can't read proper English, or they don't know what they are doing. Ordered the $6 deal(big Mac, no onions) and the buy one get one for $0.29 cent mcdouble deal(no onions on both), waited about 5-8 minutes. Got home, only to discover all 3 burgers had onions on them. ?

The manager at this location is rude and obnoxious. I asked her for a cup of water (which I was pouring into my water bottle). She actually left a customer that she was waiting on to follow me to the end of the drink counter to see what I was doing!!!! I purchased a large lemonade with my meal, so I clearly wasn't trying to STEAL anything from the drink fountain. Please do better because you had no reason to leave your post and follow me. The other customers were looking at you like you were crazy! Nah racist is what I thought.

Im currently going through financial problems and ordered a promotion from the app and the manager seemed irritated about it. Then I asked for a water cup and the manager tried to lie about not having any. She lost her composure when I came back with my own water cup and called the police on me. Wish there was more to the story but that's all the details I have.

A STAFF NAMED SONIA, Spanish lady this lady is so wicked and rude, kids love this place but with staffs like Sonia it's so scary, the boy was thirsty and needed some water she said No, the annoying thing is they just drove thru and picked up there order and forgot water , Sonia have some conscience, what will they eat the food with? pls be kind you do not know who needs it
