The staff here are quite rude; they don't listen to customers and lack any patience. The workers need much better training. I was made to wait for an hour, only to be told they couldn't serve me. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered breakfast and when I got home, my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was missing. Person who was handing out the food at the window didn’t look like she wanted to be there and had a total deadpan look handing out the food. Called five times and every time, they just kept saying hello and saying they can’t hear me. Maybe it’s your headset that’s not working.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a latte through the app, but when I got to the window they told me the latte machine was being cleaned. They offered me a frappé instead and asked me to park while they prepared it. I waited 14 minutes in total, including 10 minutes parked, and no one ever brought the frappé out. After waiting so long, I finally decided to leave.
What makes this worse is that, since the order was placed through the app, there’s no easy way for them to refund the money. It’s ridiculous to wait that long for a simple frappé. This is by far the slowest McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to

I come here a lot because it’s close to home. I tell myself every time check the bags. Almost every time something is missing. Today I as extremely irritating! I ordered the grinch meal. I didn’t have time to sit and check the box. Of all things the pickle seasoning was missing and they didn’t give me my sauce for the nuggets. I tried to call but got no answer. Last week I went through the drive-through and they forgot to give me the milkshake. I had to wait for the order and they brought it out. They had already given me the soda. I had to turn around at the light to come back for the milkshake and of coarse the sauce for the nuggets. Most annoying though is HOW do they not use their brains and check the grinch boxes for all the components????? I hate going there anymore. They seem very incompetent!
