I have visited many Macdonald's, and I have always had the bad impression that they are very dirty, but this one in Manassas IS VERY CLEAN, THEY CLEAN THE TABLES CONSTANTLY, IT FEELS A CLEAN AND NICE ENVIRONMENT, EVEN THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN, THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, VI A YOUNG WOMAN WHO WAS CLEANING THE TABLES, UNTIL BEING EMPATHIC AND KIND TO AN ELDERLY MAN, RAN TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR HIMđđ THIS IS A MACDONALD DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHERS TODAY 10/30/2024 .9:30 AM

This is with out a doubt the worst McDonaldâs in our area. The staff is very rude and no matter what your order it is always wrong!
A typical McDonald's. Not overly clean, food put together sloppy and semi warm. No counter staff here , you have to use the order stations. To me only bright spot was the orange Hi

I just purchased a quarter pounder and three fries and a sweet tea at 6pm The quarter pounder was raw inside and the fries were undercooked. The sweet tea was like water!! received terrible customer service when I went in to speak to them about it. They said they could either remake the sandwich or give me a refund but would not do both. I think I deserved a full refund And a new sandwich how do you give people raw meat to eat? My grandson? Also had some of it. The person I spoke to said that they were the manager, but thatâs all that they could do. I should have received the full refund for this entire meal because it was horrible all of it. I am going to contact the corporate office.

After a hard working day I stopped by to get food to feed my family. I was there at around 10:16PM. Katy took my order. Not sure about her last name, I believe is Garcia, she was rushing me to give her the order, she was not patient at all, she started using bad words over the speaker, was not profesional at all. I don't know how this lady can keep a job taking customers orders being as rude as she was.

I went to McDonald's and ordered the 2 sandwich for 3.33 special and was double charged and paid for it and realizing I was overcharged took the food inside and talked to the manager who refunded my money. This was very dishonest both the manager and the workers at this McDonald's are dishonest. Buyer be well. Check your receipts.
