We ordered a big meal and we were missing 2 cheeseburgers. We called about 5 times and when she finally answered she hung up on us as we were talking. We went back they did not believe us the worker called the person we called before and she didn’t answer. I don't understand why you have breakfast until 10:29??? I ordered on the app at 10:20 arrived at 10:27 with a couple of cars left and y'all say to all of us breakfast is over!? How long does it really take to make a breakfast sandwich?? Y'all def not about customer satisfaction. You shouldn't even be able to order if its not able to be completed. FIX YOUR STSTEM!

Spent $21 on 3 Steak, Egg & Cheese bagels. They made me pull to the side and wait .... presumably to get the order right. Guess this doesn't work for them because not ONE bagel was prepared correctly!
Employees does not pack my food correctly. Manger doesn’t do anything to help just say “okay huh”. This is the 5th time this has happened always forgets my order I reorder because it’s the closest McDonalds I’m very upset. Please get the food right and be nice. When I go in person the employees won’t let me finish talking and leave sometimes my order isn’t correct.
