The service and the atmosphere is amazing. They greet every customer as soon as they come in. And they give lots and lots of free chips the only problem I would say is moe's overall doesn't have a lot of taste in their food and it's very bland as compared to other mexican bowls.

I wish I could give zero stars to this place. The staff’s unethical behavior is absolutely unacceptable and likely the reason this place is always empty. I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude the employees were during my visit. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone, came here twice because I was on a rush, came in trying to use the app for the 7.99 moes monday deal and these ladies basically gaslighted me the whole time and said that there machines were down when In reality they didn’t want to put extra effort in just adding it manually. Also the portions here are extremely low, I’ve never seen a place skimp their customers on meat this bad in my life, you might as well go to chipotle, it’s damn near the same price with way more portions. Terrible staff and terrible service.

It’s unfortunate that this place as empty as it is they should provide a better service and at least give you a bit more of the protein you order than just stuff up or bowl with more rice and beans. The girl looked liked she was counting the number of sliced steaks she was serving on my bowl.

I ordered directly off the Moe’s app for delivery. They delivered a Marco’s pizza and wings. They refused to give me a refund or resend my order because it said “delivery complete”. They hung up on me twice without giving me a refund even though I never received my order.
