Ordered drunken noodles and summer rolls as take out, asked to eat outside. Very good, the puff tofu had great texture with a wide variety of veggies and flavor was spot on. I keep an eye out for thai spots that show great respect for vegan options (im not vegan, i just like tofu). The summer rolls were X4!! Jeez lol, i did not expect all that but can't complain. There is no trash can outside, i did ask to eat the take out outside, although when returning the trash i was informed generally people do not eat take out outside. So something to consider, although i did leave a small tip for my online order, i have no interest or time on my lunch break to be served or a proper place to eat other then my car. Maybe show some interest in lunch style (sized) orders (unless i missed that) , throw a trash can outside, and figure out hownto obtain more parking. It was difficult to find a spot that wasnt permit only. I do plan on returning some evening to eat here in the store, but i am very appreciated of the clean / well presented food for the manassas area.

I have noticed decline in food quality and taste over the past few years. I was extremely disappointed at my takeout order yesterday. My issue here has been with consistency; one day the food is good next time not so much. I understand they probably have multiple chefs but it seems like the chef that's is not that good, is there often!

I LOVE Mum Mum! Sometimes I think a restaurant with a dense menu couldn't possibly have all the food live up to a standard, but I've never been disappointed. I usually sit at the bar and I receive excellent service there where I see the bartender doing literally four things at once all the time. Any time I sit at a table, I don't feel like I'm being neglected or smothered. I say try the summer rolls if you want a refreshing little salad vibe and just order whatever sounds good because it probably is! The cocktails are fun and delicious! (Try the Social Butterfly!)

Mum Mum's is a hidden gem on the George Mason University campus is Manassas, VA. The food is great and the service is always pleasant. Love the variety of curry dishes and the Thai iced tea is always a favorite.

This was my first time experiencing Thai food and they did not disappoint!! I had the veggie spring rolls, pineapple fried rice, and coconut punch! All of it was delicious!! So much so that I have returned back home down south looking for the same dishes and drink. If you are in the Manassas,VA area, go and check them out’

Our first experience was amazing, the Tom Yum Ramen is delicious and a huge serving. However the last two times we've gone it's been underwhelming, I always order something different to try different things and the quality just doesn't feel the same. My husband also hasn't been impressed the last couple of times. My in-laws seem to really like it, so it could just be food preference.
The atmosphere is lovely; they have live music outside on occasion.
Don't skip it, but have tempered expectations about the food.

The service was below average. There was only one person taking orders at the tables and just one other person helping to serve, which clearly wasn’t enough for the number of customers. We came as a large office group and had specifically requested in advance how we wanted to split the bill. We even reminded two different staff members when we arrived but they still got it wrong.
Service was really slow overall. Even though we had a reservation, the tables weren’t set when we got there, so we had to wait even longer.
The food was okay - nothing amazing, but decent and the portion sizes were pretty standard. What really bothered me was that they automatically added an 18% gratuity before tax, and then also left space for an additional tip. We did end up tipping more, but honestly, if I had noticed that earlier, I probably wouldn’t have, since the service didn’t come close to justifying it.
One more thing that really needs attention: the women’s restroom door was so tight it actually felt like I was locked in. I didn’t have my phone with me and couldn’t contact anyone. I knocked loudly from inside, but with the music playing and the restroom being off to the side, no one heard me. I had to struggle to get the door open myself and it was a scary experience. I really hope the owner gets that fixed, because it’s not just inconvenient - it’s potentially dangerous.

Sir, we made a reservation specifically to avoid waiting (doesn’t matter if it’s a couple minutes!!). We also informed your staff of our billing preferences immediately after placing our order to give ample time for preparation.
Since you've referred to checking CCTV footage and timestamps, I’d request you to also review the part where one of our team members had to follow up at the register about the desserts after waiting nearly 8 minutes post-order.
Considering the scale of your restaurant, handling large groups shouldn’t be new. As working professionals on a lunch break, our expectation was simply timely service so we could wrap up efficiently. By the time we finished our meal and were ready to pay, the restaurant had mostly cleared out — so the rush wasn't an excuse.
Also, I’m unsure why there’s a need to defend the restroom door issue, when it clearly requires fixing.
It’s disappointing to see that instead of viewing the review as constructive feedback, you chose to scrutinize camera footage and respond with specifics in an attempt to prove that the customer is at fault — rather than acknowledging areas for improvement.
