Not enough protein/ chicken in the bowl for the price. Flavor is great, increase the protein amount significantly…. You will get more business.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this specific Noodles and Company on Liberia Avenue is top notch and they truly care about you. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease recently so it’s been hard to find good places to eat at with the risk of cross-contamination. I ordered my meal online and ordered the gluten-free noodles and grilled chicken. When I arrived, the worker went out of his way to speak to me and specifically ask if I had a gluten allergy and informed me that there is a high risk of cross-contamination with the grilled chicken even though it’s naturally gluten-free. He made me a new pasta and added shrimp and made it in a separate and clean pan so that there wasn’t any cross-contamination. I didn’t even ask him about the risk or tell him I had celiac, but his kindness was apparent and he wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to eat something that risked my health. I appreciated that so much and will be eating here again!!

$15 for my meal, but the portion size—especially the amount of steak—was disappointing. It was about half the expected size and didn’t feel worth the price. On top of that, the chicken noodle soup had far more noodles than actual soup!

Loved Noodles and Co for years but this was just a really bad meal. The buttered noodles were bland, mac and cheese had a bitter after taste and broccoli was really bad.
The shrimp seemed really iffy too. For what I paid in delivery and for the meal, I definitely lost out.

Well this is my first time eating at noodle &company it’s crazy how you serve a big bowl with nothing barely in it looks like they just place couple of noodles in the bowl then little of everything that goes on what I order yall need to stop charging people more for what they don’t get … basically wasted my money smh ?♀️…. Well thanks for giving sample food of 4 oz crazy ! … food industry is tuff business but at the end of the day if customers aren’t happy with sample of the food that giving in my bowl at lest try to fix it !… 4 oz not worthy $7 plus tax
