I just tried them yesterday. I had ramen noodles with bourbon chicken. The noodles were soggy and tasted very weird, and the chicken was not fresh at all! which made me sick and had stomach pain since yesterday!! I'm never eating here again.

Just wanted to let everyone know they recently had a health inspection and visible roaches were found on the kitchen floor along with the staff not wearing gloves washing hands and keeping cooked rice on the kitchen floor. Yes, the same floor the roaches live yall. I loved Nori. I can not and WILL NOT ever go back there.You can read the inspection results on manassas patch.

These people can’t listen to you when you order, make the wrong food, then laugh about it and refuse to correct the problem. Don’t eat here, out of principle.
Terrible customer service! Obnoxious male staff. Instead of correcting their incompetence in getting the orders right, he kept smirking at me and stayed being a j*** and insisted that he “heard” me ordered exactly what I got.

I did not get the right order and they insist that it's what I ordered. I payed for both chicken and shrimp and only got shrimp. They also did not issue receipt. While talking to the lady who took my order, this obnoxious male staff joined in and said he "heard" that I only ordered shrimp. Why will I complain about not getting chicken if that's part of what I ordered??? Again, I payed for both! If this male j*** is their supervisor, he is not doing a good job. Very obnoxious and unapologetic, he kept smirking at me and insist that he heard me order shrimp only. Instead of correcting my order, he told lies to cover their incompetency in getting the orders right. No wonder this store has very low rating. It did not just ruin my appetite but our family day and a chance to enjoy our meals together. After complaining for the second time about not getting the right order, I asked for a receipt. They came up with inadequate receipt that did not specify the items I ordered. The one star of for the 2 male good cooks.

I love a good mall Chinese spot and can usually go for a bourbon chicken. However this food was fairly inedible, after ordering two meals and spending $20, my family of four is all dissatisfied and feeling nauseous.
