“If you are like me, not a regular to this chain, make sure you tell them what size plate or bowl you are getting. The lady who took my order treated me like I was dumb and was lacking basic customer service skills. She asked what I wanted (half white rice half fried rice) then asked me what entree. I said orange chicken. Then she said what else. I said orange chicken. Then she looked at me like I was an idiot and asked me with annoyance if I wanted double orange chicken. I looked at the menu and realized she was making me a plate with 2 entrees (I wanted a bowl with 1 entree). She said she could make it into a bowl but since I didnt want to waste, I had her just finish the plate with extra food for me. I waited for her to be ready by the spring rolls. She was about to pass my food to the cashier, stopped, and,again with an attitude, asked if I wanted anything else. I ordered spring rolls. The cashier recommended some delicious drinks and I got one of the watermelon mango drinks. It was EVERYTHING I needed, so delicious! The lady who had served my food went back to whatever she was doing. The cashier made sure I had everything I needed and got me the chopsticks I requested. Would've been a star review if it wasnt for that first lady. Anyway! At least the food was fresh!“
“If I could give 10 Stars I would!!! Manager KJ defines Customer satisfaction which is really rare nowadays. It was close to their closing time and he saw us and a line of customers behind us. He asked us what we were craving and started cooking our choices. Best Panda Express In town!“
