Everything was dry and rubbery because they don't stir the food. The food just sits under thoes heat lamps all day. When you go to a real Chinese buffet, they always stir the food.

I called the manager and told him that the honey walnut shrimp had gone bad. The manager said that he would replace the whole meal. However, when I went to Panda Express to have the meal replaced as the manager said he would, he refused to replace the meal. Instead, he gave me attitude then asked me for the receipt. I gave him the receipt and he still did not replace the meal as he said he would. In closing, make sure your shrimp has not gone bad or become rotten.

This panda nailed it. This review is specifically about the taste and quality of 🍊 🐔 on Thursday, 7/17 at 9:45pm. The craving hit and this 🐼 had fresh food prepared and available 15 minutes before close. Part of the crew was taking care of closing tasks and others taking care of customers, like me. Great job.

If I could put 0 stars for customer service I would because me and my mom came to this location to eat and enjoy and the lady who attended us was really rude didn’t even ask if we wanted any sauce nothing. Then once we were finished we wanted to refill our drink the lady was filling up a bucket with ice and my mom wanted to get some ice the lady comes and takes the bucket of ice out the way really rudely and annoyed I didn’t say anything out of respect but you guys should be more nice and not be rude the lady who was being rude was wearing glasses.

I've been eating panda since 2015. Devoted fan. When you see the manager ready to scoop your food, just walk out and do not pay.

The manager is a corporate shill. He gives you some of the tiniest scoops i have ever seen in 9 years eating Panda
He scours the store looking for minor infractions. If you ask for a cup of water, they will stare at you while you are at the soda machine, even though you had no intention of stealing soda.

Did Panda Express learn anything from Chipotle?

Anytime you see a manager at a Panda, you know they are profit maximizing.

Just. Leave. Only deal with workers. I don't want corporates guard dog sneering over me while I am trying to chow down.

I came aróund 7:40pm to the location on the Sudley Rr. Manassas went to the bathroom to o wash my hands I heard a flushed on the toilet it was a male caming from there and went directly to the kitchen with out washing his hands.

We frequent Panda Express (Manassas and Gainesville) at a minimum of 4x per month. Our order is generally the same with one of those items being a cub meal (orange chicken with ALL broccoli). Upon entering my the Manassas location, who I assume to be the owner/manager, was obnoxiously loud and rushing customers along. I greeted him and he simply replied with “what would you like?”. When I proceeded to order my cub meal as I always do, he told me he could not give me all broccoli. I explained to him that for YEARS we have always ordered it this way. He proceeded to advise me that he wouldn’t do it. This is the last time we will visit the Manassas location. I pray businesses begin to recognize the importance of customer service.

Worst manager I've ever delt with couldn't even understand word from him.
Ordered through the app enabled location I picked my location which is woodbridge but for somereason went to my last location which is sudley rd manassas va.
Woodbridge store told me just called them they will cancel it than reorder again so it can go to woodbridge location.
He just keep saying no no no cancel and he hung up.
Called headquarter and complain.
But I'll never deal with panda express any more.

Diego barely put abt 6 pieces no joke I counter chicken in my bowl and put all the left over noodles which were non existent and fill the rest with vegetables then decide to restock on the noodle when he could put me some from the fresh ones

I generally don't expect too much from Panda because it's cheaper American Chinese food but the food quality has gone downhill fast. They changed the sauce for the orange chicken and now it tastes terrible. It's the same with some of the other food and the quantity has also decreased while the price increased. It would be great to give people paying an extra 1.25 more than 5 honey walnut shrimp... The meals should come with a pack of Tums now. It's just not worth the heartburn anymore.

The food was good, I have been going to Panda since they opened the first store in Pentagon City in the early 90's. The store opens at 9:30AM sometimes breakfast is not what you want, this was delicious. I got the orange chicken, and my wife got the honey walnut shrimp, we both got chow mein and fried rice. The service person was slow coming over and starting the service but was friendly. The restaurant was clean and not very busy. The food hit the spot, and I will go back again. I did get the spring rolls, and they were good as well. For a chain store, I do think it is good food and consistent with the food they serve, I am a fan of panda express.
