If I could give 10 Stars I would!!! Manager KJ defines Customer satisfaction which is really rare nowadays. It was close to their closing time and he saw us and a line of customers behind us. He asked us what we were craving and started cooking our choices. Best Panda Express In town!

The woman with glasses named Lily seems to be always in a bad mood; she's not friendly at all. She needs to be nicer, seriously! Also, this woman at this place says that each type of meat has extra charges. You need to put up a sign listing the prices for each type of meat at this place, indicating which ones are included in the regular price of the dish and which ones have extra charges.

Panda Express definitely turned my night around! I came in super close to closing time, around 9:45 PM, and they just ran out of orange chicken. But the manager totally saved the day. He offered me teriyaki chicken instead, and it was amazing. He was so polite and generous that it really made my experience so much better. I wish I could give him 10 stars Try out the food and it's still fresh and delicious I would definitely come back.

Placed my order online at 1530. Arrived at the restaurant at approx 1550. Then I waited. People who were coming in off the street, came and went, I was still waiting . If I ordered my food 20 minutes before these other people even arrived, how were they served before I was ?

If you enjoy having diarrhea, come to this place. When I was in line, I literally watched the girl that was serving my food take her wedgie out and serve the food without any gloves on. The chicken that was served to us look raw and brown. Don't recommend coming here unless you love sitting in the bathroom for hours. My wife and I had stomach pain right after eating here. I will be calling the health department on them.

If you read my previous review for the other panda express then you’ll understand why this one got five stars. This manager handled the situation with Grace and I will go back to that store. The one on Sudley Manor and Sudley Road is terrible if you want panda express go to the one in Manassas Park that manager has compassion. She understood my problem and she helped me even when she couldn’t take the coupon for me to get my free meal. She offered me another solution. That’s what you do to keep customers.
