I brought my entire family here for Thanksgiving, and I'd like to give a big shoutout to the cashier up front that day, Jair. Despite our large order for my entire family of seven persons. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. He provided us numerous ideas for my aunt, who is gluten-free and was unsure what to order. He went above and beyond his obligations as a Cashier, informing me that I had awards on my app that I was unaware of. If Jair is reading this, thank you for all of your hard work young lad.........

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jair, one of the best employees I’ve encountered at Panera Bread! Jair is an exceptional cashier who always goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He’s friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.
Every time I visit, Jair greets customers with a warm smile and ensures the line moves smoothly, even during busy times. He’s attentive to details, remembers regular customers, and makes everyone feel welcome. His positive attitude and genuine kindness create a great atmosphere that keeps me coming back.
It’s clear that Jair is a loyal and hardworking person who takes pride in his work. Panera Bread is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. Thank you, Jair, for making every visit such a pleasant experience! Keep up the amazing work!
Panera the food chain itself has really declined over the years, you can especially tell that by their menu which is all over the place (especially in terms of quality) and how they're always pitching limited time things because they don't know what they want to do. For that the quality of food at any location can only be a 3 at most. Sandwiches are usually built (stacked) poorly, not uncommon to find half your ingredients in one side of the sandwich and half on the other. This chain also really skimps on proteins, often have to get an "extra meat" option.
The one thing this chain should get right is bread and pastries. Since-you know, it's in the name. But today (typical experience) the croissant I got was hard. That's not how a croissant is supposed to be. Like the frozen oven bake croissants I get from trader joes are superior and like 1/5 the cost.
I've been frequenting this location for a couple years now, it tends to be dirty around the beverage areas (cold area is the worst, the coffee area that sits in front of the employees is generally better), there isn't really good customer service, employees are nice, but often rather ignorant of their own foods, or even if you ask for help, they just sort of shut down or something. The food is usually correct, I would say a mistake every 4-5 orders which is higher than even a Taco Bell.
To me it looks like there is a management problem at this location.

They rectified the situation. I asked for a Greek Salad. When I got home, the chicken was soooo cold. Iced over to the point I had to heat it up. I spoke to an employee and asked that he make sure I have four butters. Nope. No butter. I called and spoke with a manager Hina she told me she would take care of it by giving me half the money off. I went in the next day to get a refund. I spoke to CJ who was a very nice guy! Hina heated up the chicken for me and made me a new Greek Salad just the way I like it! Thank you for rectifying that for me, I trully appreciate it.

I've been going to this particular Panera reregularly for a few years. For the past couple of years, my orders have been spot on. Their food tastes fresh, and I take full advantage of their sip club (dark roast coffee iced or hazlenut hot). The front staff here has been small town friendly to me (and I'm from a small town). When it's not too busy, it's nice to have a short chat with Adrian or the other folks there. I can safely recommend it.
Dietary restrictions: The Panera App lets you choose some typical allergies and will then warn you if an ingredient on the item you're ordering has that allergen.
