As a Panera sip member I go to different stores while on the go. This store is newer, good atmosphere, although customer service is not a Panera specialty for the most. They had different coffee options but like others commented their coffee gets easily cold. But they had milk, creamers and the works. I went down one star because of customer service

Love the new atmosphere!! Great lighting, friendly staff. Only one small complaint, please make sure coffee is warm/hot enough. It was 2 hours before close, but not so warm coffee kills my coffee vibe!

The drive through is only convenient if you actually get your food. We ordered 2 You-Pick-2 meals. We got one complete meal. The other was missing a sandwich and only had 1/2 a cup of soup. Also, if I hadn't had the chicken and wild rice soup before on multiple occasions, I probably wouldn't have noticed that it was mostly broth and barely contained any rice, chicken, or anything else normally included in this soup.
This was our first time going to this location after they relocated. We will continue going to the Bristow location instead.

Just want to leave it here that drive through staff works very well, however people facing staff inside is not well trained, unprofessional and rely heavily on manager on duty

Nice visit. I went to the new location with a drive-thru. The order process is relatively the same as if you walked in and ordered at the counter. Ordering was easy. Paid at the pickup window then waited for my order to be prepared. The cashier was polite and professional. I really like the drive thru. Its fast and convenient.

I really like the new Panera bread and drive-through, I met the operating manager today. All the employees were extremely nice and took really good care of me. I’ll probably have eaten there four or five times in the past 10 days thanks again.

Good day, I must say this is a very good restaurant and the service from Nadja is very good, professional and very nice and friendly. We are a group from Germany, exactly Frankfurt Am Main, who visited this cafe with 5 people. And we were very satisfied with the food and especially with the service from Nadja who was always smiling and very courteous in her work Next time we are in the United States we will definitely visit this cafe Again, we have given our friends the tip to visit this cafe since our friends live in the United States

I was with a group from Germany. We were in Manassas for tourism and then by chance we came across Panera Bread. We really liked it because the lady Nadia was very polite and friendly and very helpful. It was interesting that she understands a bit of German. The woman also speaks French... so thank you Nadia for everything, we will be back.
