Everything was great till we saw the anchovy pizza we ordered there was only one anchovy per slice, mind you we ordered extra anchovies 😑

The negative reviews are unwarranted. I just ordered a pizza & wing pairing combo here through their website and it was delicious and delivered fine. Pizza came with 2 pepperoncini & garlic sauce even though I made a $20 deal pairing combo on football Sunday. They didn't cheap out.

The wings could've been better but that's fast food chain delivery wings in general. Papa Johns wings are definitely better than Dominoes wings anyday. I'd say this is the best papa johns pizza I've had in a while.

The item I ordered was not even remotely what was presented, the staff debated me on what the picture on their own website would look like if ordered and then made me do a separate order to get what I actually ordered in the first place, no accommodations or apologies offered.

The service I received was disappointing. Every time I visit, it’s a frustrating experience, and this time was no exception. Additionally, the staff's behavior was rude, which made the situation even more unpleasant.

This particular Papa John’s location consistently fails to follow the instructions provided with my orders, despite multiple attempts to address the issue through the app. Additionally, the staff has been rude on several occasions.

Bruh on top of the fact that they give bad customer service. It’s even harder to get a job here. I applied not too long ago and this guy name Thad/Tad who picks up the phone has no phone etiquette. I call to reschedule my interview early “What you want? I ain’t the hiring manager, can’t do nothing for you.” That’s all well and good but bruh be more professional. I call later around 5pm, picks up the phone like he is already pissed. “What you want? Why you keep calling? I’ll call you when I need you.” Hangs up the phone lol. How the hell does this guy have a job here? Reminds me of the weather guy on family guy lmao.

Walked in and young male stated you here for pickup. I stated that I need to order. He seemed frustrated by my request looked for help but no one else in sight. He walked up to cash register and asked what I wanted. I stated that I would like a large pizza with just cheese on one side and pepperoni on the other. He said that I can’t do it that way and would have to put pepperoni on the whole pizza. I have ordered that way before but I told him to disregard I’ll go someplace else. Sorry I was an inconvenience to an establishment that I have frequented for 40 years.

Hey all. I tried using the review app and failed. Just wanted to say a gentleman by the name of Tad did a wonderful job with our order and helped make our daughters birthday party a success. We had a special request to make sure our pizza was customized due to a lactose sensitive little girl and he helped ensure we got our custom order. Thank you so much Sir it was really appreciated.

Your driver, Othelia, deserves more than 5 stars! I ordered from work last time I ordered from Papa John's and from home (Woodbridge) I had dinner sent to work in error. I pulled up to work and found no pizza. Then my driver pulls up with two hot pizza and a huge smile. Thank you so much! Such great customer service!!

What happened to this store? Used to be the spot I go to for papa John’s pizza. Most recent visit I ordered carry out. App said it was ready so I drove to pick it up. Arrived and was made to wait as they were busy. I thought it would be a short wait time so no biggie. They asked me for my order name but didn’t check the boxes and told me it would be ready in a few mins. Staff did not look like they wanted to be there. 8-10 People gathered and 30 mins had passed until they finally decided to check the boxes of ready pizzas and my box had been there the entire time. How do I know it was 30 mins? I was on a call while I waited. Maybe a morale boost or some support at the store would help. One guy kept saying how it’s his last week. He seemed happy that he was leaving. I hope management is able to turn things around and cultivate team support.

Order pizza went to pick it up and had to use the restroom. Walked into the clearly marked "restroom" and was shouted at that's for "employees only" and told "if you need to piss go around to the side of the building"...really. yall trash

Their pizzas don't disappoint and always on time except during the Superbowl so order ahead

It's a shame and a shame, I went to buy some wings at a price of $24.99 and the size of the wings are a shame, it's not worth paying that price for something as lousy as the size of the "wings" ?
