Papa Johns Pizza

Restaurant is very clean and situated in a very nice area. The help is very nice and accommodating. Pizza was ready when I arrived to pick up and service was great. It smelled so delicious, had to get a piece when I got in the car and pizza is still very very HOT !! That made it even more delicious, great taste too with plenty of toppings. Well worth the Deal. Also Papa Johns has great deals too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This is THE WORST Papa Johns I've ever ordered. I ordered in 04/16 through the app and the had Doordash deliver. I ordered a pizza, brownies, and a 2-liter soda. The Dasher said that he was not given the soda and I could call the restaurant. I called and the person I spoke with said he was the manager. He told me that the Dasher received the soda but he would refund me $6.58 and he just hung up. It is now 4/19 and there's no sign of a refund and after reading some of the other reviews, I'm realizing that the manager is a liar and I'm not expecting a refund anymore. I will never order from this location ever again and I'll be picking up my own orders going forward. I dint ever want to deal with these people ever again. It is also very peculiar that the management representative or the owner of this location has not addressed any of the reviews. This place will never get my money again..I see the kind of world they live in.

I decided to come to the store to order so I didn’t have to wait so long , well lucky me there was a problem with there internet so my order did not go through in time . So I waited almost and hour before they even receive my order through their system . I’m so upset right now but the acting manager Alex was save the day with assurance that my pizza will be ready and he threw in and order of Oreo bites which made me find my cool . 😎 thanks to staff for being understanding of the circumstance.

The gentleman at the counter overcharged us by 8 dollars, then when we inquired about the extra charge he became aggravated and aggressive. Eventually we asked if we could speak to someone else to see what the extra charge was he got very angry saying “you were charged correctly” and just refunded the entire order and refused service. Additionally he was extremely rude to his colleagues and they all looked super uncomfortable. When we went to a different papa John’s and ordered the same thing they charged us 8 dollars less, meaning he did over charge us. This was at approximately 6:30 on February 24th.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit tonight. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of courtesy and poor customer service.
I ordered two pizzas online and went to pick up them, the guy at the front desk was very rude and he was yelling at me and asking me the name for the order. Then I went and waited outside till it get ready and it took so long to be prepared. I went in and asked for the status, he rudely told me that he canceled my order and asked me to go out of the store. I already received text message that my order is ready for pick up but he was not giving it to me. The lady there was nice and she said she will bring it in few minutes. The manager was very rude and in particular, did not seem concerned with resolving the situation, which left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. They also threatened me to go out of store and they will talk to me and fight with me outside.

I never had such experience before anywhere, the behavior I encountered has made me question whether I will continue to patronize your business in the future.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

Ordered two pizzas and two sodas. Upon pick up my daughter received two pizzas and one soda. Got charged for two pizzas and two sodas. Not given a refund for item not received. This is stealing.

When I called back on line 5 for manager he identified my complaint as truthful and then hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for long time. Short story I had to call back on two other lines to get thru. I was hung op on three times just wanted to get my money for the soda back.

They need to slow down, stop stealing, and stop disrespecting people. Terrible management skills. Not going back. Until manager is gone and reviews are improved. If the manager? can not deal with basic issues fairly then get some who will.

The young man who answered the phone was rude and stated that they are not taking anymore orders because they are short staffed. This location is just terrible. Don't waste your time there, just go to the other Manassas location.

The service at this branch is consistently poor, with frequent delays in delivery. If you order pizza, you're likely to wait around 20 to 25 minutes. Additionally, the young man at the counter is quite rude. Today, January 1, 2025, at 5:10 PM, I came to pick up my order, and without checking the name, he told me it wasn't ready. When I asked when it would be ready, he replied that he didn’t know. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend visiting this branch. Consider choosing other pizza options instead.👎🏻

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from a Papa John's associate. He demonstrated a severe lack of customer service skills, were consistently rude, and showed discriminatory behavior. The situation escalated to an obscene gesture outside the restaurant. I hope Papa John's addresses this issue to ensure respectful service for all customers.

Everything was great till we saw the anchovy pizza we ordered there was only one anchovy per slice, mind you we ordered extra anchovies 😑

The negative reviews are unwarranted. I just ordered a pizza & wing pairing combo here through their website and it was delicious and delivered fine. Pizza came with 2 pepperoncini & garlic sauce even though I made a $20 deal pairing combo on football Sunday. They didn't cheap out.

The wings could've been better but that's fast food chain delivery wings in general. Papa Johns wings are definitely better than Dominoes wings anyday. I'd say this is the best papa johns pizza I've had in a while.

The item I ordered was not even remotely what was presented, the staff debated me on what the picture on their own website would look like if ordered and then made me do a separate order to get what I actually ordered in the first place, no accommodations or apologies offered.

The service I received was disappointing. Every time I visit, it’s a frustrating experience, and this time was no exception. Additionally, the staff's behavior was rude, which made the situation even more unpleasant.

This particular Papa John’s location consistently fails to follow the instructions provided with my orders, despite multiple attempts to address the issue through the app. Additionally, the staff has been rude on several occasions.

Bruh on top of the fact that they give bad customer service. It’s even harder to get a job here. I applied not too long ago and this guy name Thad/Tad who picks up the phone has no phone etiquette. I call to reschedule my interview early “What you want? I ain’t the hiring manager, can’t do nothing for you.” That’s all well and good but bruh be more professional. I call later around 5pm, picks up the phone like he is already pissed. “What you want? Why you keep calling? I’ll call you when I need you.” Hangs up the phone lol. How the hell does this guy have a job here? Reminds me of the weather guy on family guy lmao.
