Just had the worst pizza delivered. One pizza had all the toppings on the center of the pizza for some reason and on the other, and I am not kidding, the pepper that comes WITH the pizza looks like it was eaten by someone already???? Can someone from HR please look into this

Not sure what this particular location’s ire is with Doordash deliveries but they went out of their way to make it inconvenient for us… We ordered a simple Medium pepperoni pizza. They send one person Doordash to pick it up and apparently it goes to the wrong person. I can forgive that. Mistakes happen. We were afforded the opportunity to reorder and so that’s what we did. What does this restaurant do? Rather than remake it and let someone else try again they just cancel it outright. Refuse to do it. I would try a third time but I think I know how it’ll work out. Guess we’ll just have to order Vocelli’s from here on out.

When is Papa John's going to do something about their unprofessional drivers at this location? I see someone else posted about this recently and nothing has changed. Drivers parked in the fire lane around a lot of no parking signs and on both sides of it blocking any other cars from fitting between them. Fire lanes are for first responders only not for your lazy drivers smoking cigarettes and blocking the road through it. You can't even walk in their store without walking around their vehicles to get in the front door. It management won't stop them from breaking the law fire them. It will be a real bad look when cops turn on their red and blue lights of these losers with the Papa Johns topper on top of their vehicles right in front of the store to give them the tickets they deserve. And what about the wheelchair ramp. Blocked too. This store needs an overhaul. I was going in to place an order and when I saw this I left in disgust.

Been coming here multiple times (like 15 to 20) My order changes slightly, but they’ve been remembering who I am since the third time! Food: never had any problems and it’s great. Service: they’ve always been friendly, communicative, and act promptly. Atmosphere: it’s just a pizza shop. Not much to it.
The waiting time is bad and the attitude is terrible not coming here no more

This location has very bad pizza. I've had this from other locations and was good but this time ordered an XL philly steak pizza from this location in Bullrun Manassas and got what you see in the Picture. It looks awful and tastes worse than frozen cheap pizza. I don't know how they are still in business.

Ordering delivery is pointless. You can see on the tracker that the pizza is done cooking and then it takes at least 30 mins before the pizza gets out the door. Second time I've received a room temp pizza from them.
