Very disappointed with my order from Paris Baguette. I ordered an iced coffee with heavy cream and asked three times if they had heavy cream. I was directed to use a covered communal cream holder. Upon using it and tasting my coffee I realized it was half and half. Half and half is very different than heavy cream!
Coffee was also extremely weak tasting. I ended up dumping my entire drink. I won’t be back.

The line was long when we walked in. It took me a second to figure out there were no trays. One staff member was on the phone in the back. When they came out I asked for a tray after waiting 5 minutes to be addressed and was told give me a second. It was another 5 minutes before I got a tray. We ordered and finally got our cafe latte after our pastries were finished. This is definitely not representative of my first visit in New York or even Representative of the Tysons corner location.

Been eating great/healthyfor a month and decided that this beautiful day I deserved a nice treat that would possibly take me back to Europe.
There's nothing like European pastries -and sometimes American cafes and bakeries come close, if not hitting the mark exactly.
I loved the serve yourself concept for the pastries along the wall. I had coffee at home so I did not indulge in the coffee. Grabbed an almond cheese danish, a blueberry cheese danish, and a mocha cake slice - all very delicious! I very much appreciated the delicate feel of the cake which was pleasant and not overwhelming with frosting.
I enjoyed half of it, saving the rest for post dinner delights. The packaging to go tickles me pink and I appreciate how it kept my cake slice secure on the way home.
My visit was today, early Sunday afternoon. It's certainly a place I would meet a friend for coffee, and it would be certainly a happy place for me to go the next time I indulge.

Their treats are nice and yummy. Lovely place to study. They have seasonal items and right now it’s biscoff. I tried the layered cake and WOW!!!! Sooo delish. Thank you Paris baguette for meeting all my studying and sweet treat needs!!! This place is probably one of the best things to happen to this area and my Pinterest

I bought a cake from here recently, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We had only eaten about 25% of the cake and stored the rest properly in the refrigerator, but just the very next day it had already gone stale. We didn’t even get a chance to enjoy what we paid for, which was very frustrating. I hope the quality and freshness can be improved in the future.

I'm really disapointed!
Completely disappointed! I traveled from Pennsylvania because I was seeing so many Facebook ads about Paris Baguette. I arrived at the store on Liberty Ave. in Virginia and found it literally empty.
Ice milk coffee is just a cup of milk every time and if you ask to remake it, they just put a shot of espresso. 😵💫

Good selection of pastries but the experience is ruined by the horrible customer service of one of their cashiers (lady with the piercing on their eyebrow). A customer shouldn’t experience a worker throwing their food in a bag. Very unacceptable and when confronted they don’t want to take accountability of their actions. Please work on your customer service etiquette.
