Yesterday I called to place an order at this place I was waiting almost 5 minutes for them to answer the service was for home delivery they told me that my order would arrive in Sierra Hora and it did not arrive I called the store to see what had happened and they told me that they had not picked up my order even better and I tell him that I don't want my order because it had already been half an hour after what they had told me and the boy who served me only said that he was wasting his time because I was asking what had happened to my order, how bad pizza hut service with the people who have

Horrible customer service. After waiting for 1.5 for the food, they could not figure out where my order was. I was told at the Pizza hut ( who I had to call several times about my order) that they are using door dash drivers and apparently the dasher said my order had been delivered when it hadn’t. Pizza Hut kept ignoring the fact that I said my order was never delivered and kept asking me if I wanted my ordered delivered again. No one could tell me what had happened to my order and No effort at all was made by the store to rectify the situation. Horrible service!!!

As if asking for a tip when you do carry out isn’t bad enough, forgetting to give customers their food after being too busy with talking to friends this play does all this for one price !
I tried to order $22 pizza and chicken wings from pizza hut mobile app. I hit checkout and on payment methods I choose cards and entered all details of my card and clicked on place my order. Then a popup error message comes up and I tried one more time to place my order the same error message comes up and my order has not been placed. But when I check my account, the money has been deducted twice.I contact the store they says they didn’t get my order while I’m charged twice.
The worst experience is some irresponsible spoiled people who deliver the orders late and incorrectly, I called to say that they sent the order wrong and I got angry and said that if I call it is because they made a mistake and I am paying for what I want not for what They think they will like it.

I placed a delivery order for a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, which was confirmed by your staff. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that no order had been placed and the driver went home. Understandably, this left me frustrated as a customer. Either someone did not know how to enter the order into the POS, or, it was entered into the system, made, and the driver took it home since it was a cash order. This place employs people that are unprofessional and sneaky. What was done was essentially stealing from the company. I'm sure upper management doesn't care because they're stealing from the company as well. Poorly ran establishment that has zero customer service skills.
