Pizza buffet was cool. They had mostly meat topping pizzas, and one half cheese pizza. They refilled after a bit. The pizza was a bit floppy, I feel like it could have used some more crisping. All in all, not bad meal for $13

The location does not appear to be the safest. I walked into the restaurant for the lunch buffet with no employees in sight,so I waited 5 minutes and then left. I ate lunch elsewhere.

Placed order online went in to pick it up and I spent good amount of money and i literally verified with the lady at the cashier is ranch and sauces included she said yes it’s in there. Came home to guest with wings and other food no ranch which is ridiculous.
Not satisfied at all i literally had to feed guests wings itself without any sauce.

Was told you can’t eat inside when it’s snowing. It’s was 6pm on a Monday. I was ordering a pizza and wanted to sit down and eat it. When I ask why? The guy said if I wanted to order or not and that it didn’t matter why everyone was going to tell me the same, this place just has a very toxic environment. Guy that takes orders just seems to lack any friendly emotions.

I am writing to complain about the service my mother received today January 4th at 1:30 PM when picking up a carry-out order. She asked a question about the MyHutBx combo price, and the employee Yordi responded rudely, calling her “stupid” as he handed over the receipt and food. When she asked for his name, the manager Ashley refused, but it was on the receipt.

This behavior is unacceptable.

I ordered a medium bacon, sausage, and pepperoni pizza along with a side of wings. I probably should have left when they told me the total was $40, but I was starving. Unfortunately, shortly after eating, my stomach felt like it was on fire. I asked for a to-go box, but as soon as I got back to my car, I started uncontrollably vomiting right there in the parking lot. I even dropped my pizza. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Between the overpriced meal and feeling sick to the point of uncontrollable vomiting in the parking lot, it’s safe to say this place isn’t worth eating at. Not sure how pizza hut is still in business.

Jermaine was not friendly at the counter. Bad customer experience that it makes you not want to order from there. Hair all around and over his face that I am apprehensive about my food being made.

First time I visit this pizza hut I walked in at 9:50 pm Cashier had an attitude as soon as I walked in all I ordered was 6 buffalo bone in wings. Will not be returning to this location

I try very hard not to do negative reviews, but this was not a good experience. Service was terrible. The cashier looked like he had killed someone in the back. Looked pissed that he had to take an order, Other staff looked pissed off too. No salad bar laid out, and 4 doordash guys are tanding there impatiently waiting for orders. Positive? I got my food and got the hell out of there. Sorry, but this is far from the pizza huts of my youth that had cheerful hostesses and steaming hot pizza. It will be a long time before I try one again. Maybe a bad night but looked like a toxic atmosphere to me.

Poor customer service here at this location. I sat there for about 15 mins waiting for my pick up order. Wasn’t acknowledged or greeted when I came in. I come here often as I place orders on DoorDash. Customer service seems to be an issue. The General Manager Jeremy displayed poor leadership and didn’t care about the customer service offered. I was discriminated and treated poorly because of my skin color.
