Ordered online, never received pizza. It was $30. When I called to ask about my order 2 hours after placing it I was informed it had never been made at all. Not sure what's going on here but the people on the phone were always very nice and offered me a refund without question.

This amazing girl named Vanessa Y. helped me throughout my time there, she was courteous and patient whilst I decided what I wanted to order. She recommended me the Supreme Pizza with some Wings. It was magnificent. I stopped there after my very difficult day, and Vanessa brightened up my day by being so kind, friendly, and just an overall good presence. If I were a manager there, I would give her a raise, because this is a worker you want to treat very well. Thank you for my wonderful time, and wonderful pizza.

So will update review after I get food again but what's the deal with trying to persuade me to tip your employees that are in store 18-25%? Already 10% tax. Don't you pay your employees. They aren't serving me like a server or delivering the pizza. What's the deal? Just make people not want to tip anything.

I heard about this Pizza Hut on TikTok of course. We drove almost 1 hour to experience the early 2000's style of Ayce. The buffet supposed to start at 11:30 am, however, we were not able to experience this buffet. We were informed that, they received a large pizza order so they will not be honoring the advertised buffet. There was no manager at the restaurant at the time. We basically spent time and gas for no reason. The staff was NOT friendly and seem to not care. Thanks. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback

This was so good and nostalgic. The food was hot and delicious, the service was great! The price is unbeatable. I don't know what's going on with all those negative reviews, but this pizza hut buffet was fantastic! Definitely kid approved!
Buffet was indeed NOT back when I visited this location at 12 pm on a Friday. Came specifically for the buffet and ended up ordering something else since we were already here. Within five minutes of us ordering two other people walked in asking for the buffet and the woman at the register said they decided to not open the buffet due to having several large orders.
