Upon entering, the place was completely empty with no customers. I stood and waited for several minutes and looked around for an employee until someone finally noticed me from the back room moving things around. I ordered a sandwich and noticed the employee wearing the same gloves after working the the back room. I proceeded to go to the register to pay and the same employee took my money and gave me the change wearing the exact same gloves. He then went back to the sandwich station and again made the next order for another customer wearing the exact same gloves. The bottom line is that the manager/ Owner should be training the employees food handling techniques for the benefit of the customers. The gloves aren’t to be worn to protect the hands of the employee, it’s to protect the health & safety of the customers. Extremely Gross!

I just had the worst sandwich from this place. I come here a decent amount and it's usually good. Tonight I ordered in advance for take out. They were about to close and obviously didn't want to get more ingredients out so they shorted me on virtually every ingredient! There was less than usual of turkey, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, even mayo. I had asked for extra pickles on the side and they didn't do it. I can't believe they charged me $10 for a sandwich with, at most, $1 worth of ingredients. And I tipped in advance!! Never again.

Good food and service but idk why they’re not set up to deliver to me through the website/app (I’m two miles away) but I can order to the same address on DoorDash. Frustrating because I lose the loyalty points.

We had a large catering order with multiple sandwich customizations and the Manassas location hit it out of the park. Everyone's order was perfect. The food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Eggnog shake is just a vanilla shake, no flavor of eggnog. Might as well get a vanilla shake for less price . Served milkshake in a coffee cup. Unable to serve pork sandwiches due to not having pork but have pork sandwiches on menu.👎

I found the service very rude. I ordered ahead but they kept the orders behind the counter. To even talk to them took forever and when I told my order the guy rudely asked GIVE ME THE NAME. So I ordered 15 min before and had to wait another 15 min just to get my order. The sandwich itself was also very messy and not great
Staff is pleasant, food is good. Restrooms aren't the cleanest and they smell funny.
