My husband and I had a great experience here the other night. Sandwiches were good and service was quick. We had an issue with our perks and the man working ( I didn’t get his name) was so kind and helpful. He had an amazing attitude and seemed like he was genuinely happy having a great day. This gentleman really deserves recognition this was Monday night 1/29 at 7:55pm. Our visit was refreshing.

Mobile ordered. Food was good, got the clubby and a cold brew milkshake. The service was fast and the restaurant clean. Heads up customers do need to ask for a key to use the bathroom. The bathroom was clean.

FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION!!!!Ordered a power bowl salad on 9/10/2023 and was eating it when I found 2 small blue sharp pieces of plastic in my salad at 12:42pm. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Could’ve easily been swallowed and ripped my intestines and I would’ve landed at the hospital. Talked to the manager working there, he was completely in his own world singing and dancing the whole time since we set foot into the restaurant. Only thing he said was “do you want a refund or another one” and he didn’t even let me answer and just told one of the employees “just give her a refund” and then quickly handed me my money and then said “oh and sorry about that”. Extremely shocking. Will be taking actions.

Don’t bother adding bacon or asking for ranch on a To Go order. They’ll charge you and then leave it off. Every.single.time. I should’ve learned my lesson by now just to go to the Gainesville location. Shrinkflation is in full effect. I got the saddest sandwich I’ve ever received today with hardly any filling.

The food and everything was really good, the people are very nice except one lady who wasn’t friendly and just held her phone while being on it while I paid at the counter besides that the restaurant is nice.

Aside from being corrected that a "small" is a "skinny"...because obviously that sort of mixup needs confirmation...the visit was pleasant. Closing at 7p on a wednesday was a but of a shock, but glad going in at 645p wasnt met with disdain. Being part of one of those shopping centers makes exiting South a pain, but i guess small price to pay.

The Egg Nog shake was the best thing about the meal. The way the counter is set up is bad.. customers can't hear the staff & vice versa when trying to order. Staff was a little rude when we tried to put our full order in with the first person & was told to order drinks "further down" -which also wasn't really clear since the next staff member doors sandwich toppings & also said not to give them the drink order! ?Many of the tables needed to be wiped, although it seemed fully staffed & it wasn't busy at all.Sandwiches weren't anything amazing, doubt I'll give Potbelly's another try in the future.

Went in with hopes of getting food for family, and left with my expectations at rock bottom. I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich and it came without the main ingredients. Other sandwiches had condiments that I didn't ask for on them. Most of the sandwiches were burnt and extremely crunchy on the outside. I usually come here once in a while with satisfaction, but I hope the next time I go isn't similar to this time.

Ordered a sandwich on the app and went in to get it. Drove 5 minutes away before realizing the sandwich was made wrong. Went back to get it fixed, and drove 20 minutes home. When I finally got home, I started eating it and realized they made it wrong again. The thing is, this sandwich was literally just a grilled cheese, however the first time they added meat and the second time they added Italian seasoning and some sort of garlic.

Made an online order for delivery the following day. It did not happen. When I called, I was told they don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday and the order had been waiting for me to pick it up. No indication was given on the website that there was no such service, and the charge for delivery was on the receipt. When o asked what was going on, the store said I should not have ordered via the Potbelly app, as it is not dependable. BUT, the store made no effort to reach out about the situation. It was my fault, not theirs. So, let the buyer beware with the Manassas store.
Love this place. The tuna salad and chocolate shake go along really well with ranch dressing.
