Tostones was refried which tasted like oil. Empanadas the meat tasted very game. They charge you for mojo and hotsauce. Mojo was just garlic in oil. Food was horrible.

My partner and I went and ordered take out, this was our first time trying out the place and for sure won't be the last!

We are both from PR and the food was delicious.. made us feel like we were back home - recommend 5/5! The staff was also very quick and friendly. We ordered about 70% of the menu and each item was authentically Puerto Rican.

Went for the first time from Woodbridge, Va. We (2 two of us) had arroz con gandules, pollo salteado, pernil, alcapurrias, coditos, amarillitos, and empanadillas de pizza y carne to go. Everything was delicious and the rice reminded me of my grandmother back in PR cooking con leña en el fogón when I was a kid. Great experience and highly recommend.

Please change the business hours you have posted. I was here Friday, Oct. 17, and the business was closed. I came from out of town to try out your food and am leaving disappointed and a bit frustrated. Maybe next time? If I'm ever around this part of VA in the future.

I love Puerto Rico Cafe. The pernil and arroz con gandules are my favorite. So flavorful!!! This trip I also got the alitas. Again, flavorful and delicious. I love love love the food. You can tell it’s made with love. I’ve lived in VA for over 20 years and am so happy to have found delicious Puerto Rican food.

Great food! But the customer service is not consistent. When a frequent customer asks about an item not advertised on your “menu of the day”, be mindful of how you respond to the question. It’s not about what you say, it’s about the TONE you respond with.

This was my first time eating at Puerto Rico Cafe and I love this place! The food is authentic, flavorful and delicious. I felt like I had a little taste of Puerto Rico right in Manassas. Great owners, great food and the salsa music playing in the background added the right touch. I will be back. Thanks for bringing a little PR delight to VA!
