We love the pupusas here. The lady who took our order seemed to be having a bad day, but it was just this one time we ever had an issue. That still not stopping us from coming back.
Tasty! The pupusas and the curtido have improved them. At your point. I hope the cooks last. What I do not recommend are the rice pupusas or the desserts. They are of poor quality. Customer service are sometimes indifferent.Parking: If it's not too crowded, you can easily park in front. Since there are other businesses

This place is terrible! Starting with customer care. On Google it says they open at 8:30 and in reality the doors are open at 8:30 however the women get upset because you entered the restaurant and they won't take your order until 9 am. They get upset when you place the order. If they don't want to work in a restaurant, look for somewhere else to work. Since they only scare away customers. I will not return and I will not recommend it to family and friends. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

HORRIBLE SYSTEM! They play favoritism easily. I placed an order for 4 pupusas ant anround 6:20pm. about 10 mins another customer walks in and orders and then says something to him and I understand enough to where she was asking for a rush order during PEAK DINNER TIME. I paid it no mind at first but After about 30 minutes of waiting the gentleman says 3 more minutes. 15 minutes later still no pupusas. But to my surprise the customer who was waiting there got her order FIRST AND IT WAS A BIGGER ORDER. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. he didn’t even care to properly write my name down. He just scribbled on a piece of paper…

Very bad experience, they did not allow me to eat because I had a glass in my hand, Carmen said that it was not possible for them to serve me because the restaurant rules are "no drinks allowed" when there is no sign that says otherwise, Unfortunately, I will not return to this restaurant.
