The lady who took my order was very nice and professional. It was my first time there, she advised that I try the pupseria brilla( i guess this is what it’s called) and it was good a big portion for a very good price. Recommended would go back to try different dishes.

WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!! 0 stars if I could. Just left with cold food because the cashier and staff let the food sit and then brought the food to me later. I was sitting in the restaurant and saw the food but wasn’t aware of it was mine since several other people were waiting for theirs. When I asked for it to be warmed up, another plate made, or a refund the cashier acted like she didn’t understand me and went to make food for others.

I’ve tried the pupusa and Atol de Elote here, both were excellent. The pupusa is flavorful and satisfying, and the Atol de Elote is the perfect sweet and creamy pairing. It’s a nice little spot to stop by once in a while when you’re craving something hearty and authentic.

The food is good but the customer service is really bad , they took about half an hour to take our order and after that took another hour for the food to come , waitress didn’t even check if we needed anything while waiting .

We drove an hour to see what the hype was about online, only to be let down by the environment and the service as the woman at the counter was quite RUDE when we asked her a question. Since first impressions are crucial, we decided to leave and go to Doña Azucena because they never let us down.

They made a mistake with my order, they gave it to someone else. And I asked for my order and they said that it was given to someone else by mistake and they didn't want me to want to do it again, it took about an hour.

Wow, I drove about 2 hours to try the pupusas but it was a bad idea, bad service and too slow, 45 minutes for fries, the curtido looks like it takes a while to go! And I think they should wear a cap.

I ordered 2 bean pupusas with rice flour cheese and one of them was not cooked, I told one of the people who worked at the place and he only told me you already started eating it, he saw her and left. Very bad service
They bring you the drink the last time you finish eating the bread with chicken the sauce for chicken soup the rice pupusas are delicious the ones with beans and cheese lack filling

Bad experience we left all the food we ordered bean pupusas they brought us sour food, we ordered chicken pies the raw dough and the chicken a bad image and I ordered the order of empanada they served me burnt since I entered the girls chewing food and they delivered one by the food and every time they approached the table they came chewing, I do not recommend this place, we got up out of politeness, we picked up the plate and left everything in their respective areas. The owner of the place should send the employees to get the food manager diploma so that they know a little about customer service and food quality and not serve spoiled food
