Every time I come in I have to wait 25 minutes + for my order and I keep it simple. Nothing extraordinary or that should take too long. I work 2 minutes away and I have an hour lunch. By the time I get my food I only have 10 minutes to eat.

Love this Peruvian restaurant in Manassas and I love bringing friends to try my country’s food here. Their anticuchos and sauces are delicious.

The Chicharrón sandwich is a must have. My only complaint was the pork was a little bit dry but was still super tender and enjoyable. I will be back to try more. The seats are limited when busy. The employees are great here.

I ordered the seafood ceviche which was great. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the to-go packaging needs serious work. You can't package a liquid based dish the same way you package a chicken meal. By the time I stopped my car, juices had saturated the bottom of the bag ans almost my car. Can you imagine that seafood odor soaked in my vehicle??? Please change that. Otherwise, great food, great people.

1 star is missing for the quality of the food , or the execution.
The Yucca texture is invariable.. sometimes it's chewy, sometimes it's hard and inedible, sometimes it's fair.
I've been to many chicken joints and just like kabob establishments we remember the bread !! The chicken could almost suck, but the good bread is what brings me back at least.
The yucca needs some work, or whatever is going on in the process to the customers hands there is an issue.. what is it? Like reheated or something? Try the yucca.. make it softer and more consistent and I'm sure more folks will return to your business.
As for the quality if the chicken it's great! Although it's kind of dry, like I said with the yucca the execution is important.
If I was the business owner I would go and try other places and make sure my stuff is the same or better. Unfortunately this is a bit below the bar although its a convenient spot to eat. No real problems, I'm just picky and love yucca when it's done right
A truly excellent Peruvian rotisserie chicken with two large sides! It's my first time here, and it's one of the best chickens in town. I love a good Peruvian chicken, but haven't found a favorite in Manassas till now, it's legit! Plump, juicy and spiced right. So good!

Great food each and every time. I am a regular here and the food is always delicious. The only issue is that they are incredibly hard to reach by phone. It always says “the called party is busy, please hang up and try again later” so you cannot really order ahead and a few times, I have had to go in a order and then wait for it to be cooked when I do not have a lot of time which can be aggravating. Other than that, this place is 10/10. Love it and will be coming back each and every time I’m in the mood for some peruvian chicken!
