Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

When I went, the place was packed, I ordered after a short wait and was served almost immediately. I had the box combo, four of their chicken fingers. The breading is a very plain crunchy one that reminds me of dairy queen, but the chicken was hot and juicy. The sauce could not live up to the internet hype, it's a very mayo forward fry sauce with ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic, and a splash of worchestshire sauce. It's got more spices in it than a basic fry sauce, but there's no spicy heat. If you like it, more power to you, but they don't have a lot of locations near me, it's not worth going out of my way for.
The crinkle cut shoestring fries were different, but also not something I'd seek out on their own.
The lemonade was the same as any other I'd ever had in a fried chicken place, it's juice style, not made with lemon oil.
If you're looking for a good fast food meal, not too pricey and not too spicy, this might be the place.

Thought we'd give it a try as it is relatively new to the area where I live. Visited on 11/21/2024 Staff was nice and friendly. Bought two Sandwich Combo meals. $10.49 each Basically the "combo" part was the chicken sandwich and a small handful of fries. Was charged 30 cents each for two lemonades that I erroneously assumed was part of the "combo" meal which at most places is the sandwich, fries, and drink.
The chicken sandwich was good and the sauce was okay. Not sure of the makeup of the sauce but had the color of a thousand island type dressing. On the sandwich was just a thin single piece of lettuce. The fries looked like crinkle fries but they was definitely not crinkly or crunchy. Limp and luke warm and maybe as mentioned before perhaps no more than 10 or 12, Overall my son and I were disappointed after all we'd heard about this chicken place. Total cost was $21.36 after taxes and a Senior discount which I guess is on par with other takeouts, the bang for the buck was just not there for me. One and done.

Rania, Yaro, and Renee are the three best customer service employees I have ever came across in my life. Their attitude was incredible and I could imagine how long they have already been on their feet working. They were very friendly and have very positive energy.

Raising Cane’s - if you aren’t taking care of them, I’m going to snatch them myself and employ them!

Not only is the food amazing, as a former employee, working here is so much fun!! The managers such as Dion and Jay are absolutely wonderful and so super kind!! The only reason i had to leave was because I wanted to further my education at an accelerated university, ECPI. I definitely do plan on coming back to work at some point when i have a lighter schedule and more availability :) Thank you Dion, Jay, and all the other managers as well as coworkers for an amazing experience!!

I don't think it would be a place where I would return, the service is good, but the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Food was great- except I swear the tenders keep getting smaller ?
Service was wonderful- everyone was very amicable.
Atmosphere - seemed like a good time. Songs were definitely playing quite loudly on their speakers and the associates were laughing.

First time having Canes Chicken visiting from the frozen North, eh. Can safely say it's the best chicken fingers I've ever had. Everything tasted amazing , and that dipping sauce is next level..

Great place for "fresh hot chicken" as they call out when your order is ready at the counter. Their dipping sauce is one of the best chicken sauces. Their lemonade is good, too. Service is always good here. The Texas toast is super buttery and good. If you want food for a crowd, the tailgate pans are great.

Parking: Parking lot is small, may have to park next door.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place.

What an amazing time! Those spicy chicken tenders were absolutely delicious. I appreciated the manager's attentiveness to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal.

The chicken was so juicy and tender and crunchy & hot! Mouth watering. The crinkle cut fries and sauce also really good. Love their crisp coke as well. I was having a bad day & decided to give Canes a chance & they definitely did not disappoint! Thank you so much, Canes. I appreciate the warm customer service, liveliness & great atmosphere as well.
