Needs to stay clean throughout the night. Stopped by before my 11pm shift and the floor was sticky and had napkins everywhere. The following night, same issue. Food was better than I remembered. Customer service at the counter was not bad but did not do or say anything memorable.
Very friendly staff; I went inside to pick up my order and the guy (I believe the manager) made sure I got everything I ordered and needed. Food is always fresh and crispy and neatly packed in to go containers.
I went through the drive-thru today and Ryu took my order. He was very respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service—made my visit quick and easy. Thanks, Ryu!
