I sampled their rum cakes at the Fredericksburg craft show and these were the highlight of the show! Taste testing made it hard to choose just three but just reinforced my resolve to visit their store. HIGHLY recommend for a wonderful treat.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years now and not only are these the best rum cakes I've EVER had, the owner is just as sweet, humble, and kind as his desserts!! (This is my reminder to make a stop in very soon)

I visited Rumalutions for the first time this evening. The lovely lady had me try so many cakes. All were absolutely delicious!! But the carrot rum cake was so good tears came to my eyes!! I'll will definitely be back. Simply divine cakes and service!!
And they have ice cream!!! Also delicious!! 🍪🍰🧁🍰🍧🍦😋

Wow — what an amazing find! I stopped in expecting to grab a standard rum cake, but I was in for a real treat. Every cake here is infused with rum and available in a variety of delicious flavors. The friendly staff member went above and beyond, letting my family and me sample several cakes and their freshly made ice cream (also available in rum flavors!). I ended up choosing the Upside-Down Pineapple Rum Cake and a scoop of rum ice cream — both were absolutely incredible. I’m so glad I discovered this spot and can’t wait to return to try more flavors. Definitely worth the visit and highly recommended! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I ordered a variety on rum cakes. The cakes are absolutely MOIST and DELICIOUS!!!!! It doesn’t matter what flavor you order, trust me, they all taste amazingly great! I will definitely order more, especially with the holidays coming up!

20251021 I finally made it! My pup had cataract surgery down the street at MedVet, and that's why I drive into Manassass. The second I walked in, Damean, the owner, greeted me. Damean was amazing! I felt so welcome, and the rum cake and ice cream he picked out for me to sample were all to my liking!! I love that the cakes are so moist and fresh, and they have a nice aroma of rum flavor, and it doesn't overpower the other flavors in the cake. The German Chocolate Rum Cake is the best, reminds me of the one my coworker makes, without all the sugar from the shredded coconut icing. The cake just melted in my mouth with such a nice cocoa flavor and a hint of Rum. I usually don't eat chocolate cake, and now, this is an exception. The Coffee and Cream has a yummy Mocha flavor, and it would pair great with a creamy coffee, chai latte, hot chocolate or just ice cream. I'm trying to lose weight, and skipped the cream pairing. The pineapple tasted tropical and fresh, although I don't drink... It sounded good sipping coconut rum with the pineapple rum cake. I tried a few others, and instead of getting 1 as I originally intended, I got 3. 😋 Now, the homemade ice cream... oh my goodness!! I'm not getting ice cream anywhere else!! I love that Damean's homemade ice cream is light and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. I usually don't eat more than a scoop, because ice cream is usually too sweet for me to eat more than that. With Damean's homemade ice cream, I could eat 2 or 3 scoops! The cookie and cream is amazing, and it is a flavor that I would never order elsewhere. The passionfruit and the strawberries were so good, I ordered them to share with my pup in the car. I spotted Caramel Bourbon on the board on my way out, and Damean gave me a sample. It reminded me of the Bourbon ice cream that I had in Kentucky. Once I finished the ice cream in my freezer, I'm going to get some Caramel Bourbon and Rum Raisin to go! The ice cream I got came in perfect timing. My pup who had cataract surgery last week is also diabetic. Her glucose level dropped to the 40s when I returned to the car. She loves high quality ice cream. She loves Damean's homemade ice cream!! Doggie Approved!! The ice cream brought her glucose back up, whew!! I will be back... and forget about the other bundt cake places 😉. Plus, I love supporting small business!!

This place has a variety of dessert options. I came for one rum cake and left with multiple items. if you’re in the area, you should check out this place. Customer service was great. They also give you samples to try. I most definitely will come back. If you don’t live in the area no worries it’s definitely worth the drive. Would give 10⭐️if I could highly recommend.

BEST rum cakes made by the most kind, warm hearted guy. If you can’t make it to the store, definitely order online. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Been going here for YEARS and everything he makes is made with love.

This places offers a variety of rum cakes and they are all delicious. The cakes are vacuumed sealed, and can be shipped. We had our cake a week later and it was still moist. Let's talk about the real star of the show, the ice cream. Many contain rum. They also offer some vegan and non alcoholic operations. We tried them all and they were delicious. My favorites were the grape nuts, butter cream and rum raisins. The saffron had pistachios and rose water so fragrant and refreshing. Everything is made in store and the customer service is superb. If you are looking for a unique sweet treat, this is the place to try.
