Authentic Peruvian flavor that feels like home 🇵🇪

I visited Sabor a Barrio while visiting from California, and as a Peruvian, I was so happy to find a place that truly felt like home.

The first time I went, I had jalea de mariscos and a chicha morada absolutely amazing! Crunchy, flavorful, and fresh. The second time, I ordered tallarín saltado and it was just as delicious.

My friend had arroz chaufa a lo macho on our first visit (so good and full of flavor!) and the second time she got tallarines a la huancaína con carne another tasty combo.

The food was rich, authentic, and made with care. Peruvian food will always be my favorite, and this place reminded me why. The service was also wonderful the server was kind enough to give me a little extra chicha morada to take home. 🥹

Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a true taste of Peru in Virginia!

Great food, little slow on service.

I would recommend this place if you want to eat good peruvain food the service was great the food delicious and the waiter Jano gave such a good service that i would definetly come back again thanks Sabor a barrio manassas for a great experience

I've been to a lot of Peruvian restaurants and the Pollo Saltado here hits pretty hard with flavor. Lucky you if you also get Liam as your waiter. He's quite a people person and checks to make sure everything is going well. Definitely not going to be my last visit here!
