Shame shame shame . Racial comments by the team members who pretended to be the manager at the branch in Manassas mall VA . Passed racial comments on my parents who don’t speak English . My heart bleeds today when I heard this from my family members . Who gave you the power to disrespect them . I want the management to take severe actions on those employees.

I ordered 2 pepperoni strombolis and 1 meatlovers stromboli. The lady gave me 2 pepperoni strombolis and a meatball in pizza sauce. She laughed at me. At least do your job and don't insult customers? Sheesh I won't be back I was getting food for my parents.

On the afternoon of 8/3, Me and my four children came to Sbarro after a long day of school shopping. We were next in line at this establishment. Instead of allowing us to order, the lady at the register (afternoon shift on 8/3) allowed a Spanish speaking customer to skip the line, in front of me and my kids, and promptly served her. I was patient through this interaction, believing that my kids would get to order next. Instead of getting our order next, she goes to serve the Spanish speaking family behind us in line. The lady she served even glanced our way, trying to acknowledge that we were next in line but the lady at the register did not care. After that interaction, I decided to take my kids elsewhere. We are a big family that frequent Manassas Mall but we will never give our business to this establishment. There wasn’t much of a selection available either.

Well, today in the morning we went to order and we greeted him very cordially and the man didn't even look at us or even say hello and well, worse, he didn't serve us, what a terrible service, I don't know, they are people who don't like what they do because they shouldn't work there and If they are very bitter, then quit.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I placed my order by app 20 minutes before arriving at the store, when I arrived the cashier only told me that they had not seen my order and I had to wait another 20 minutes, I will definitely not buy here again

First time getting Sbarros yestarday. And let me tell yall this, It exceeded my expectations by ALOT. The crust was amazing. I love me some NY style pizza and its hard to find authentic ones, let alone decent ones here in the dmv. But this is as close as it gets! Giving it a 5 star because of the very friendly staff members!
