I would say this a spin on Italian food. I was served focaccia and all the toppings were burnt to a crisp. I couldn’t even taste what they were. The arancini looked good but once I bit into it, it was lacking risotto and any other fillings. I was expecting more homemade pasta, but seemed to just be the fettuccine and pappardelle that are homemade according to their menu. The alfredo and veal ragu sauces tasted like they were store bought. Everything was so underwhelming that I didn’t even want to bother trying their desserts or “homemade” limoncello at this point.

My friend and I accidentally stumbled into this fancy place and realized we weren't dressed for such a nice looking restaurant! We thought we might have to come back another time, but instead were greeted with above and beyond respect and care. The food was absolutely phenomenal. They have $10 desserts which I will definitely be coming back for. And the pasta with clams and white wine was my favorite here compared to any other place. This location would be perfect for a date night. And everyone was so kind and attentive that they made us feel special. I will most definitely be coming back!

I have dined at Semifreddo with family and for business meetings. The food, service and atmosphere are great for all occasions. They have a nice variety of food and are not phased if you have special dietary needs. When there with family I find us tasting each other's food since it not only tastes wonderful it always looks enticing. Service is very good. The servers offer good advice when asked and are very attentive. One evening when dining with friends we had not seen for a long time we lost track of time. All of a sudden, we noticed we were the only guests left, and the staff was patiently waiting for us. They never said anything to make us rush out. Just writing this makes me feel that I have to plan another visit soon.

We have been to Semifreddo quite a few times and absolutely love it. Its innocuous location is deceiving as to the high quality of the experience within. Think of The Bear and how unexpected it would be to find such a fine restaurant on plain street and attached to a takeout sandwich shop. Semifreddo is the surprise. The interior is inviting and luxurious. The food is simply delicious and the service is impeccable. It is a highlight on our date night calendar. Reservations are recommended.
