I would not go to this bakery again I was a first time customer I called and asked about a trace leches cake I was given prices over the phone and when I went into the store to pick up the cakes they were 3 times higher than the prices I was told over the phone the 2 girls that worked at the store had no idea what they were doing and their customer service skills was awful I do not recommend this place it's very very overpriced and the staff is rude

Absolutely love Shilla Bakery. All their baked goods are so amazing. My kids and I love their cubic bread and their cakes are so yummy too. I stopped in one day with my mom and we tried some samples they had out and their vanilla roll cake with strawberry filling and mango roll cake was so good. I ordered my daughters birthday cake from them with the vanilla cake and strawberry cream filling and everyone loved it, so moist and fresh. The buttercream icing was so light and not overly sweet. I’m not a cake person and I even ate a slice for once. Hands down one of the best bakery’s I’ve gotten cakes from. Thank you from all of us, especially our 4 year old who loved her Disney Princess Cake.

There's a really neat vibe here! You can get an assortment of boba as well as all kinds of traditional Korean desserts and bingsoo. There's also K-Pop music videos playing on the TVs if you're a fan. I hope they open more in NOVA!

My least favorite Shilla. Smaller selections, ONE employee to help me out the day I came in, and the cookie on my cake was very very stale. Just doesn't even feel like a shilla bakery, more like an average mall fast food place that just happens to sell cake.

I was so happy to know this place opened in the mall. I used to visit their main bakery in Annandale all the time and it was worth the drive. For the space they are working with, they certainly have a lot of baked good to choose from although not nearly as much as the Annandale location. So disappointing that they do not have MOCHI here. Also, they do not really do any samples here which is different from the other sheila bakeries. The times I have gone, they only have many 2 samples out. I've never had a bad treat here.

I have been going to manassas mall for 50 years. I seen many stores come and go to include Hecht's become Macy's and Montgomery Ward become Sears. Many transformations to improve the Mall to what is now standing. I loved it way back then and I love it now. I can say I do miss JC Penny's.
