I had an amazing experience at Smoothie King, thanks to a wonderful employee named Isabelle Kingsley. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, taking her time to explain everything to me, even though it might have been annoying for someone else to stand there and answer so many questions. Kingsley was patient, sweet, and genuinely willing to accommodate my allergies and preferences. She made me feel valued as a customer, and her kindness left such a positive impression on me. I noticed her name on the receipt and wanted to give her a shoutout because she truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her, I’ve fallen in love with Smoothie King and will definitely be coming back!

This review is focused on customer service, the drink is very good, but the customer service is horrible, not professional, not polite, not teamwork. There was a person on his first day of work and he was treated by the girl who appears in the name on the receipt, super bad, she was just complaining and treating everyone who arrived badly, we waited more than 25 minutes for our order. I hope she takes this message to her and can act in a better way.

I wanted to order one of the smoothie bowls, and I tried to ask the attendant several questions. That didn't go very well. She didn't seem very informed and advised me to "read the menu and come back when I was ready." These bowls cost about $13. I wanted to make sure I got one that I was happy with. 🫤

i tried to order online dose not go true 3 times I called the store at 8:00pm i asked for açaí bowl, the girl was so rode with me and she don’t want to place the order on the phone and she asked me to come to the store, i just left the store the time still 8:41pm. When i went inside i asked for the açaí bowl they said it’s too frozen we can’t make it , i didn’t say anything and i just left. Thanks for the badbehavior

Very clean inside. Convenient online ordering system. Drink was available by promised time. Employees didn't acknowledge any of the customers who came in. Guess anyone could have come in and walk out with a to go order.Taste is something of an acquired taste I'm sure. I didn't expect just a strong protein powder flavor. I expected more of an actual smoothie.... But we try things once... If we don't like it at least we know why.. Right? This is not my thing.. Not even if it was free.
