This is my first time visiting this restaurant, and I had a different impression than what I saw inside. The food was very good, tasty, and piping hot. The person who took my order was very friendly and had a great attitude. I would return, but only for takeout. Eating inside is a disappointment: dirty tables, dirty floors, and the bathrooms are filthy. You have to ring a bell for the cashier to come and take your order.

I went to order a drink and as soon as i walked in i heard yelling and workers arguing in the kitchen. Had to wait 20 minutes just for my drink and during that the workers were still yelling at each other. And when i tried to leave the door was locked so i had to wait another 3 minutes for a worker to unlock it just to leave. The drink was good though.

I went there for the first time and it was empty inside. I think people are too critical of Sonic. I paid $6 for a meal and content with the food I received. It's far from being the best burger place out there, but they are comparable to Cook Out.

Ridiculous drive thru, amount of time and amount of kids working inside doesn't add up. Now AGAIN 1 YR LATER,STILL THE SAME WAIT WITH RUDE,IGNORANT STAFF.THE DOUBLE STACK BURGER IS DISGUSTING ,2 little pieces of burned beef i think,recorded, tasted rotten Again today 02/09/2026 still took 17 minutes in the drive through with only one car at the window waiting. Today,they were short staffed,but the Spanish guy was really really sweet,and apologized for the delay,past few trips the girls that take your order are rude,disrespectful and arrogant. You're scared to repeat things 5 times,for fear of someone messing with your food..They all seem to be the same ,hmmmm,maybe if you change your staff you might not go out of business. It's who they're hiring. Just hire people out of jail and commercialize it. That way your customer base will align with the employees you hire.

Would not recommend sending my worst enemy here to deal with their nighttime manager. She should not be working with the public the way she speaks to people and can’t do her job correctly.
Took 14 minutes to get our food and it was wrong. I went in and asked for it to be fixed and the person at the counter acted like I was a burden to them. When I finally got my correct order it was 34 minutes after the order was placed.

Every time I come in, I am more disappointed. I was under the impression a fast food restaurant meant the food would come out fast, not nearly an hour later. When I asked the cashier how long it would take, she told me I didn’t order any food just the drinks. I am very confused with the recent positive ratings, as it is not reflected when you eat inside. The eating area is dirty, not one clean table. My shoes were sticking to the floor wherever I walked. There was a lot of trash on the floor as well.

Due it's Sonic! I got the double smash burger it was lit! To drink I had Strawberry Limeade and it was amazing! Strong recommendation from the manager! Service was prompt the Tots always Slap!
