Terrible customer service and the management of the restaurant need to train their employees to how to talk with customers like a human! I rang the bell multiple times, and no one came to assist. When someone finally showed up after I called for help, they were extremely rude and seemed angry that I needed assistance. It felt like I was being a bother just for expecting basic service. Absolutely unacceptable—won’t be coming back.

When we arrived, there were ten people waiting in line. There was no one at the front counter. They have a bell on the counter for customers to ring for service. But when you ring the bell, all you get in reply is they are busy. The bathroom doors are locked. You must ask for the key. But again, you are waiting for any employee to come to the counter. We had placed a mobile order. You'd think it would be quick. But no. We ended up waiting 15 minutes to get our food. Even then, the order was wrong. More waiting to get the order corrected. One individual waited 35 minutes to receive their food. Will not be going back to this location.

I took my kids to try Sonic for the first time today. It was unfortunately pretty disappointing, and not the Sonic I remember. No skating carhops, no window trays, my kid's bread was moldy, they forgot four of our items (and it took 10 minutes for the manager to bring it out), and their ice cream machine was broken. The manager said she would talk to the kitchen to improve things, and the carhop gave us coupons to make things better. Unfortunately the coupons were for items we wouldn't order, so we gave them away. We won't be coming back.

The food is tasty, the specials almost make it worth stopping by but I cannot for the life of me tell you to go here. Every. Time. I have to go get my order corrected. Any time I save going through the drive thru is immediately upended by the time I have to spend getting my order corrected. Or I make the mistake of doing a quick check and drive home only to find something was still missing in the end. I can't fault the staff too much but something has to be at fault when the time of day or size of the order has no bearing on getting my order correct. Best I can say is double check your order, because missing items or having incorrect items in your order at this location is as consistent as the sun rising and setting.

Horrible service
I parked in the carhop area and waited 10 minutes after pushing the button to order. I was the only car in the carhop area and there were no cars in the drive through. I went inside to order and there was only 1 other customer waiting for their order. There were 3 employees just goofing off and laughing. I went back to my car after receiving my order and watched cars arrive and then give up and leave after waiting to place an order in the car hop area. Horrible service.

Last time we came here they forgot a wrap that was ordered. This time they didn’t bother to mix the blast, and the employees inside were using the “n” word to communicate with each other excessively. Around 10:30 pm earlier tonight. Extremely inappropriate in the workplace.

Corn dog was tasty, popcorn chicken was hot and fine (not quite as crispy as I expect for popcorn chicken, was more like a chicken tender chunk). Tater tots had a faint taste of cinnamon, as if the cinnamon from some other fried item had ended up on them as well as being barely warm, fries were also lukewarm at best. Drinks were tasty though.

i am never coming here again, it was horrible, the service is horrible. they messed up my order THREE TIMES. i just wanted to eat my food after a long day and i spent an hour sitting there for them to finally bring me the right order. i’m allergic to lettuce and they proceeded to bring my food with lettuce inside when i politely asked for them to remove it. this was by far the worst service ive ever seen, sonic should be ashamed. i will spread the word as well.

My drink tasted watered down and I asked for a burger with just meat cheese and bacon and they a put a bunch of other stuff on it.
