In the drive thru for 20 minutes at 1:15 on a Sat afternoon. Finally got to the window and they didn’t have my order. And when they gave me my order it was wrong. Never again
Incredibly slow. I have on several occasions waited over 30 minutes between ordering (a single slushie or drink) and receiving my order. Half the time they don't answer the stalls, the drive through is consistently slow, even if no one is in line for food. In addition, during one visit they did not return my credit card to me at the drive through and when I called and asked about it, they refused to even look and see if they had it. If there was another sonic within a 30 minute drive, I would go there every time.

They now charge for every sauce, regardless of how much you spend. Sit-down prices for a fast food burger, and you can't even get a single honey mustard? Nope, not going any more.

My first time at one in about 35 years

The last two times I ordered delivery, they forgot my sonic blast. And also, they DO NOT pick up their phone, and they have one, because I rushed over to pick up an order I was TRYING to call to cancel it and when I walked in there was ONE OTHER CUSTOMER inside, not a lot of noise, and I could HEAR their phone as I called it to make sure they had one.

The food was decent, but the kid who took our order was completely rude. Talk about someone who acts like they hate their job. Then, when I asked for some ranch packets, he rudely said “that cost money!” I had no problem paying for it. I just wanted some extra ranch. I definitely wouldn’t go to this location. Take the time to go to Bristow and have friendlier people who dont hate life.

Food was good, exactly like you expect from Sonic, but several issues from the experience. The drive in screens were inoperable, so we could still order through voice but the restaraunt was pushing us to download and use the app. The employee who took our order needs drastic training on how to deal with customers, giving us one word responses and often sounded annoyed when we tried to order more items. We had to ask her to read back our large order, and when we made a correction she stayed silent for almost a minute. Just a poor customer service experience. Sonic should maintain their screens in the drive ups to allow customers to view the order for accuracy, and make sure their card readers and tap to pay devices work.
Very few drive up spots. Never saw such a small location that didn’t make use of the other parking lots. Cars had to order, pull out and park elsewhere to eat.
I only go there for a half price drink but I’ve waited twice in the drive thru for 5/10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I drove up to the window and was like “hey are yall open? If not it’s fine but I’ve been at the window for like 10 minutes and no one said hi” and the guy said “ok well we will get to you when we get to you, you can circle back around and wait in line again” (I was the only one in line) another time when the drink wasn’t half off I just said “hey I’m sorry you missed the discount” and the girl had an attitude and said “I don’t know what you want me to tell you” I get it’s a minimum wage job but they ALWAYS have had the absolute worst attitude. I get it’s a $2 drink but seriously have some pride in yourself, your job and your establishment.
I think the photo of the moldy cherry at the bottom of the drink says enough about this place that I don’t need to go into details. Don’t eat here.

Ordered through the app. Car hop was nice and friendly.No atmosphere since I just ordered and paid through the app and got my order quickly.
Iwas handed my food in my truck and was told afterwards that they couldn't accept my card and that they don't do chip or tap and that I would need to provide an alternative payment and when I said that it works everywhere else he asked for the food back. Unbelievable. Will never come back
Ordered 3 milkshakes not only did 2 customers receive their orders after ordering behind me, but when I finally received my order and tried to remove them from drink carrier the tops was not on correctly and spilled all over the place. Then did not want to give me a refund because they didn't even give me a receipt. Horrible service
We’ve come to this location on multiple locations over the last few years and the food is always about what you’d expect for fast food, but the amount of time it takes to get your order is often long. And then there’s either something missing (like sauces or straws) or something wrong with the order (ketchup and pickles on a burger when it had been ordered without).
But our biggest issue with this location has been the Sonic app not working at this location for a few months now. When you go to checkout, it always says pops up an error message: “We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.” We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and logged out and back into our accounts to try and fix. However, it’s not the app itself that has the issue since we can order from other locations. It’s just this specific location that has the issue. Until the app issue gets resolved, the overall experience and price of the food without the app discounts just isn’t worth it.
Terrible customer service and the management of the restaurant need to train their employees to how to talk with customers like a human! I rang the bell multiple times, and no one came to assist. When someone finally showed up after I called for help, they were extremely rude and seemed angry that I needed assistance. It felt like I was being a bother just for expecting basic service. Absolutely unacceptable—won’t be coming back.
